Ordered online at 6:20pm, order was supposed to be ready at 6:40 PM. Waited until 7:20 PM before calling customer service for a refund because it was still not ready. Customer service on the phone was great and I was issued a refund. However, I do not feel that this restaurant leaves up to chipotle standards. The restaurant itself was dirty. The trash was overflowing. There was food all over the floors. The drink station had Tabasco sauce and food and drinks all over it. And where customers burritos were being food was being packed, was never wiped. There was also one worker who was touching food and moving food around with no gloves on. The restaurant itself does not utilize the online order shelf. There was a line of people just waiting for food and when I got there, I asked for my order and everyone behind me explained to the worker that they also had online orders and she said let me check if they’re in the back. I asked her how come the orders were not being placed on the shelf and she said that they didn’t use the shelf. If I hadn’t had asked, I would’ve never even known that my order was not ready and I would’ve been sitting there, like the other people that had told me they were waiting there for an hour and an hour and a half. I understand there’s times when a restaurant is not up to par during busy hours but there was literally at least 15 minutes where there was no line and the workers were just standing there instead of keeping up with the restaurant. They could’ve at least been wiping things down or doing something to help with online orders. I got on the phone with customer service and left and there was literally a gentleman still sitting there for over an hour and a half waiting for his online order.

I get it, yall are busy. But jeez, the service here is baaaad. Please only order dine-in here because any other mode of getting your food to you takes 20-30 mins. And I get it, no ones cares for doordashers, but jeez. I waited 20 mins for an order to be told someone already picked it up. Called the customer- said she hasn't gotten it picked up. I go back in- they switch their answer to someone stole it. The manager didn't even come to me for a solution, and more importantly to make the customer happy- as she has been waiting over an HOUR!!! DASHERS KEPT UNASSIGNING THE ORDER BC IT TOOK TOO DAMN LONG!!! If I was the customer id be extremely frustrated with management. Employees did great, communicative, fast, but holy christ over worked.

It seems like this is one of the busiest locations with no extra staff. It’s always hit or miss. One day my food is ready on time, the next there’s a line around the place and I’m waiting for food for 45 mins.

Don’t order online for pick up at this location. It will be faster to just walk in, stand in line and get your food. They don’t prioritize online pick up orders. On multiple occasions I’ve come here and had to wait 30+ minutes past the pick up time. Even when the app has said “ready for pick up” when you get there it won’t be. There’s actually a line of people waiting to pick up their food and it’s longer than the line to just order and leave. Also the line doesn’t matter, they lose track of who ordered first so you never really know when you’re going to get your food. It’s a HUGE waste of time and I wouldn’t want anybody to have to deal with that.

The guy behind the counter was fairly stingy with servings and kinda unfriendly. That was fairly unusual. The bathroom needed a lot of attention. But the dining area was pretty clean. The food was good tho.

Me and my family came in yesterday for some food. And as we walked in the tables were messy and haven’t been cleaned, also the trash was over filling. After we order our food to eat we had to let one of the workers know that there was no utensils out to use, we waited over 10 minutes just to have utensils be brought out only because another guest brought up the same problem. I didn’t get the cashiers name but she had short blonde hair and glasses. She clearly wasn’t completing her tasks as she had left out the bins with the utensils and left out a huge bucket full of ice out too. Once she had got the forks out she just grabbed them and didn’t bother to make sure the handles of the forks weren’t up because there was plenty of them facing the wrong side up. My family wasn’t happy with the service and the cleaning of the store. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly with the trash left on tables and over filling the trash cans.

This is by far the most unorganized chipotle ever the front area was not stocked people gave up and just starting eating with hands the tables where all dirty people where cleaning before they sat down, trash was over flowing, and the food was not good at all, I got served a cold tortilla that wasn’t heated. The ice machine was out and all the sodas needed the syrup changed. The young girl at the front was more lost than Hellen Keller and she was blind and deaf when making our order. We were standing for 20 min just waiting while she made our order. It seems like there’s a lack of training and no one managing the place

I'm not one to do Google reviews but when you order food from a place you've never ate from before and your food is in the bottom of the bag at the price you pay, chips and queso. Grant it, it could've been the uber driver but man, waste of money. But on a good note my bowl was pretty good after I wiped all the cheese down. Cheese in a bag.

Just rude staff in the chipotle lane. Jesus can’t you say anything or at least smile?? The doors barely opened and you’re already in a bad mood. I will not be back. Rude! We all have to work, and we all hate our jobs. But that doesn’t mean act like a stupid kid.

Gave this place a second chance just in case the first time was a fluke but sadly it wasn’t. The service is always slow and inside is always filthy. Bad management is clearly evident. Choose a different chipotle location.

Decided to give this location another chance (big mistake) after the first time ordering the food was COLD and full of meat with PURE fat.The second time, I order pickup again and come home to see a piece of plastic or yarn on my food. SO disappointed!!! I wasn't able to eat my food. Overall, do not recommend.
