Long wait to get order. Blond woman in front has a harsh tone to folks arriving to dine in. She needs to be glad that folks are going to spend dough there. The wait person needs to improve customer service skills. Food was salty. No mashed potatoes available.I got a tea refill to go with a ton of sugar and very little ice. I tossed it out while I walked home. I don't recommend this Denny's near Ingram Mall.
We walk in. Now mind you there is no one to sit us so we ask and are told just hold on. We get seated and given menus. There were 5 servers and no one could come take a drink order. Another person comes in and they were seated, given a menu and ordered there drinks. I am so upset just sitting there waiting to get nothing. I will never go back !! So DISAPPOINTED
Ask for Elena you won't be disappointed the food was just a plus to go with the awesome service
Ordered my usual the Fit slam with fruit on the side. Always a good light meal for lunch. Quick service hot food ?
I was a little skeptical about going to a Denny's again since my last visit to one Denny's left a bad taste. But this one in particular made me feel I can go back again. Staff is great ! Attentive ! Food was great too. We ordered 2 Grand Slams and everything was perfect. And the coffee always nice and steaming hot as it should be I was surprised to see a 99 score from The city health inspection too. Great job from the staff. Didn't see The manager checking on us but I believe she/he was busy because I can tell they were short on staff as everywhere else. Will be back here
Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome ( request for Rob), the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal on a Saturday morning celebrating my birthday with my family and friends. To the store manager if you ever read this I want you to know you are training your new set of managers right. I forgot the little manager name but she did a good job on helping the team.
Nice American style food, I love the breakfast there.
Wanted to eat something before heading home so I stopped for something light to eat once there I ordered breakfast, that's a good thing about Dennys order breakfast at anytime, waitress nice, friendly, in a good mood, got my meal fresh and hot, good eating experience. Thank you.
Went here on July 13th with fiance and friend, ordered build your own burger with swiss cheese, and fiance ordered build your own burger with American cheese and a couple of strips of bacon, friend ordered bourbon burger and swapped the fries with hash browns.When the food came, my burger had American cheese instead of swiss, fiance's burger had swiss and no bacon, and the hash browns were burnt. After notifying the waitress they took the food to the kitchen and swapped out fiance's burger and mine and didn't even bring bacon. Had to send the food back multiple times to get it right and were compensated about $3 discount. Unfortunately it looked like there was only 1 cook at the time and the guy was visibly upset. This isn't the first time we were here and the service was good but after the 13th I doubt we'll be going to this location again.
I called to order my food told me that she was too busy she had customers in front of her she would have to put the on hold I drove to the facility and I would still be on hold cuz she's helping her customers I asked and I make a place to go order and they told me they can have to make me sleep and when I sit then they can put the food on the plate and I can pack it up to go because right now they don't have anybody they can take my order to go I think that is so unprofessional for you to have somebody come to your facility to order food and then you tell him you don't have time to take their order you're too busy to take their order now they can make an order to go but they have to pack it up himself and take it with them that is just not good customer service I thought that was very poor services I understand the other busy and you might be short-handed but that's besides the point I'm a customer just like anyone else and I feel that if I wanted to be able to come and make an order I should be able to make that order with no problems and even after the employee went and told the man dude she acts like it was not a big deal so I ended up leaving you establishment but very poor services and I just think that's very very very unprofessional and I would need you to at least have a speaker talk with the manager of that facility to let them know that that's just not the way that you talk to anybody when they coming to buy food from your facility.
I enjoyed Denny's every time best breakfast especially for 55 and over.
No mask needed. Seating was available but we went on a weekday morning. Breakfast was on point, large portions and great prices! Service was amazing and you could home style friendliness with our waitress (Who did wear a mask). Much better than other Denny’s I have visited and will make sure to stop by here again!
I haven't been to a Denny's in a long time. Our kids wanted breakfast for dinner, and I'd seen the Denny's on our way to our hotel. (We're on vacation.) The place was very clean inside and not crowded at all. Our waitress was very nice, but we had to wait quite a while for our food because on of the grills went out. Luckily for them, it wasn't busy. The staff was very apologetic about the whole deal and gave us a discount for having to wait for our food. I appreciate the good customer service.
Was really taken care of made me feel I came to the right Denny’s, service was great and the people and manager “Celeste” I believe did phenomenal would definitely go again on her shift
