This review is being written on October 31st 2023, this place has been CLOSED for weeks!! There is a letter on the back of the restaurant's door stating that the manager has not paid rent and they have been locked out, yet this company is still taking orders online and stealing the money and there is no way to pick up your food, and no one to call to cancel the order placed online because the place is closed down!!!!!!!!!!! SMH

Did a 180 out the door because it smells like garbage sewer inside.UPDATE 10/27/23 restaurant shutdown after unpaid rent and received eviction notice and six repeat health violations for roaches in kitchen area, buffet cold hold too warm, no sanitizer in dishwasher, no hot water in bar area. Thankfully we never ate here.

They don't answer the phone, tried checking if they had the protein I wanted before heading over (always out of shrimp) && they never accept orders on Uber eats ?

The restaurant was VERY empty when we arrived around 6:30 on a Sunday evening. We were hoping the food would be good because it was always busy when we used to go. They were out of multiple proteins and veggie options, but still had a wide variety for everything. Food ended up tasting great.The restaurant itself just feels dirty. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. Service was decent when our server would actually come by. (A few times we could not find her.)Overall, food was worth the price only because we stacked our bowls sky high.. lol.

I’ve been calling and trying to order online since Saturday 9/2 and not a single call has been answered. DoorDash and Ubereats both show genghis 151 as not accepting orders since 9/2. I’m assuming the place finally closed.

Crystal & Rayna were so full of spunk & totally friendly. The cook Mr Cubano was friendly & explained perfectly to my aunt whom don't speak English how to build a bowl and how it's cooked and served. BTW she totally loved Genghis and can't wait to go again. Ya should try it out when you get a chance. The sesame sauce is definitely my FAVORITE gotta have it always on my bowls.

First off the food was good. But here's the worst part. The service and pricing was horrible. Until the end of September, they have endless bowls but they neglect to tell you they are $25 per bowl. The service was so bad. We had a brand new waitress that didn't even know what unlimited bowls were. Every time we got our cooked meal. It was short our vegetables. It was like we weren't getting our full meals. If we wanted to refills on our drinks, we had to almost go find any server any employee. We ordered Long Island iced teas and they were out of tequila. The drinks were so sweet they were almost undrinkable. We watched the brand new server/hostess look at everybody else but us. When being sat down at tables, they sat people in groups right next to each other, even though the restaurant was almost empty. If you choose to go, ask for a better table and ask for prices upfront. And ask for actual service. We will not be returning ever due to the pricing and service. The ambience was just like any other restaurant not good not bad.

Food was very good.There were only 2 other tables and our waitress could not find the time to service our table. This is from once we placed our order, to lack of drink refills and had to track her down for the ticket. We were there an hour and a half and should have been in and out in about 45 min as we got our bowls from the create your own. It was painfully slow service and quite frustrating as there were barely any customers. Will not go back to this location.
This location is always "warm" temperatures wise. The servers are kind but seem to be 'not always wanting to be there'. Last week, we sat down-were given our bowls - and walked out because the stations to select and create our bowls were a mess! The station where the meat was kept, was NOT even cold. We handed our empty bowls to the server and she seemed to be sad. I explained the reason and she tried to convince us to stay as she would go find out what was going on. Btw--- this was not the first time we've left. This location needs help. Our advice-- go elsewhere!!

The AC was not working properly so it's warm inside. The food service was slow but to be fair there was few staff in hand. Those that were there were very friendly. The cleanliness was fair. The chophouse meat was chewy and tough. The all American beef was not good quality meat.

It was awfully delicious! Not a place I have ever been, but reminded me of Mongolian night in Iraq. Great choices all around and I recommend trying out the sauces. I got the beef with all of my favorites.

Pissed cuz 1st time eating there. Good flavor but poorly made. It was not busy there but they did not even let me know “out of cabbage, green onion and zucchini “ any respectable place would let a customer know hey sorry we ran out of some ingredients what would you like to add to your dish etc. High prices for a medium meal. I had to call to let them know and more reason to be pissed 45 min drive to the place…item and or portion container should be hot full and what you ordered. When I pick up the corrected order will do a follow up review.

Price for a large bowl is crazy , got two bowls no drinks to go ...55 bucks?! If it was delicious ok but that was worth no more then $30, never again!!!!
