Excellent waiter but the one who takes you to sit down is bad because one speaks to her in Spanish and she said she doesn't know!!! But he was singing Selena's music!!! You have to learn to be Kind, not arrogant!!!

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at ANY Glorias. First off, I waited 10 minutes before being greeted at bar. Over 20 seats were empty at bar and still poor service. Ivan eventually came over and informed me of his meeting and not seeing me. He asked me if I was going to order more than one margarita, so he could prepare both now. Even if I wanted more than one, I do prefer to order as I go. Ivan never came back to check on me during this approx. 30 min. Visit. Once I checked out, I paid over my tab with cash without a receipt and did not receive any cash back. To end my visit, Ivan walk away and went back to this “meeting” and did not say a word. I did not expect this from any Glorias restaurant. I frequent the Glorias chain. I hope my next experience is better at this location if I decide to go back!

My first time going to Gloria’s! Great food and atmosphere, also our server Kellie was phenomenal. She was great in managing our party while we were there celebrating a special girls birthday. I ordered the ceviche tostadas and the plantains. Definitely will be back!

I don’t even live in this city, but EVERY time I come to SA I make it a point to eat here… and I’m here at least 10 times a year. The staff are phenomenal and the food is always piping hot and excellent. If you haven’t eaten at Gloria’s yet, MAKE THIS YOUR GLORIA’S.

Delicious Salvadorian food! I had the Serrano Garlic Salmon, it was so delicious! And of course I had a Moscow Mule! Friends had tacos and skirt steak!

The only redeemable quality from our experience here was the service of the manager and staff. They were polite and personable. Despite initially denying there was meat in the green enchilada sauce of the spinach enchiladas I ordered ( the only vegetarian option on their menu) at the end they stated there was and they apologized for it. They tried to make it up to me but I didn’t feel like eating after that and I was full from the appetizers we ordered. The plantain and yuca were good (though my kids complained they were greasy) so I added a couple stars for that. Maybe my fault for expecting decent vegetarian options from this place but we did not have a good experience overall. I appreciate them trying to “fix” the issues but it was too late.Vegetarian options: Do not have any vegetarian options despite their labeled ONE option.

Service was awful take a while for service to come through our table,Managers are unprofessional didn’t believe me, said he went to look at and said I was wrong when the waitress actually came over and said our table was ready. Then another manager came over very rudely and asked if we had paid for our tab.
