First of all why this place is not packed I don't know. There's a place next door that has a parking lot full and here's this wonderful place sitting quietly. Now that said, I hope I don't shoot myself in the foot and end up on a waiting list lol. Our waitress I think her name was Allison. She's also a student we found out in the conversations we had, super nice very friendly and we never went without anything. Even the manager or the chef, not sure, came up from the back to make sure everything was good. And it was! This friend and I decided this was going to be on our radar for sure. Can be a little challenging to get onto the property, but make the attempt. I had the Serrano omelette, had a nice little kick to it. Pancakes were delish. Hash browns were great. My friend had a traditional Breakfast plate. And they were very happy with their selection, and so was I because they couldn't eat it all and I got a couple of bites LOL. Let me talk about the biscuits and gravy. In the picture you see that mountain of gravy there is a delicious biscuit under there. I almost got biscuits to go because they were that good. My friend got a piece of chocolate cake for the road that looked really great. We will be back! This place was so clean, and so comfortable. Thanks for a great afternoon!

This place was jam packed.Ordered over easy eggs w/bacon, hash browns & toast. Asked for the bacon & toast to be extra crispy. They only brought us 1 order of toast. The other order never made it to my table and the bacon ? was horrible ?. They didn't even offer to take it back to make it crispy. A very disappointing breakfast. Cmon IHOP you all can be better than this...

This location was super, super busy. Our waitress was great, though. She was courteous and patient, while my youngest son tried to find a coffee drink he liked. The food was average for an IHOP. My only complaint was with the lack of coffee refills for myself and the incorrect drink refill given to my daughter. (She had flavored tea, and they gave her regular tea on her refill.) I would definitely try this location again when it's slower, though.

I’m sorry to do this ,but I feel it’s a must. I honestly rarely ever leave reviews unless they are positive, however our experience was so terrible I want to warn others.We have been coming to this location for many years and still order from here frequently from food delivery services.Today I got a wild hair and decided to take my daughter in person for breakfast since we had a few errands to run in the area.BIG MISTAKE!We will not be returning nor ordering from here ever again.First of all the restaurant was filthy !The floors ,restrooms,tables…everything was absolutely disgusting. We found hair in our menus,the sugar caddy, and in my daughter’s glass of tea. Our server seemed nice enough at first, and it wasn’t super busy when we arrived around 9:40 am.We noticed she was taking other table’s orders that came in after us before she took ours ,but I wasn’t really bothered by that.We ordered some waffles with strawberries (which we were told they were out of strawberries ) and a kids meal with pancakes.It seemed like it was taking quite some time and I started noticing everyone around us was getting their food. (Mind you it was only 2 of us and some of these tables had 5 people or more AND arrived after us)By this time I was starting to be rushed by my husband who was needing me home so he could be on time for an appointment. I politely asked my server if she knew how much longer it would be and she replied very short and rudely that she would check but that everything was taking long because it was so busy. Again it was not very busy when we arrived , but by that time we had been there almost an hour so it was getting busier. I was still kind and pointed out that we were noticing people who came in after us getting their food to which she replied “yeah it’s because y’all ordered waffles and we only have one waffle maker “ ?) Now I was a sever for many years and I know all the little fibs servers tell when they don’t want to admit they have just straight up forgotten to put your order in.I was starting to get more annoyed because I was being rushed to get home and also because our server seemed to be in her own universe. I still didn’t see her again for about another 10 minutes when I finally asked her to please just box it all up ,give me my bill and that I would just come back to pick it up after I picked up my baby. She rolled her eyes and said “well it shouldn’t be much longer “ another 5 or so minutes passes and she brings out only part of our order. I tell her ok I really need to leave and ask can she just please cash me out and I will come back for the rest. She responded “by the time I cash you out the food should be ready “ yet another 5 minutes passes and she brings me my change. I ask her to break a $10 down because I am still planning on tipping because I always do regardless of service because I don’t want to be that person that doesn’t tip and have them think I am just another stereotype. Another 5 minutes. I finally get the rest of my order , but still not my 2 $5s. ( I forgot to mention you can no longer cash out at the register. You are forced to wait on the server … would probably make more sense to keep a bank in their aprons so they can give change back quickly , but I guess that’s too much work and math for them to comprehend ) I finally get up to just meet her at the register and she gives me a $5 and 5 $1s after I asked for 2 $5s. Not a big deal, but just another thing to add to the laundry list of things that went wrong and more proof that service has completely tanked in the last few years. I really hope they get it together soon, but I have serious doubts. Yes , I realize this is an extremely long review , so just imagine how terrible things had to be for me to take time out of my busy day to write this. When we arrived home our food was cold ,(shouldn’t it be hot considering it supposedly just came out fresh?)and had no flavor. Oh and PS , we saw several other tables get their food with strawberries that they we’re supposedly out of.Please think twice or 100 times before coming here.

Last night we put in an order and let's just say it didn't come to us satisfactory to say the least BUT, after a phonecall the management made it right the following day. I came in and got the same order, and a coffee ☕ added for the trouble with great service. Thank you Sandy for excellent service and your awesome attitude. The world needs more people like you.

Got off at 3am and just wanted some pancakes. Got to ihop around 3:30am. Only 2 other tables were occupied. Sign said wait to be seated. I waited for a while...went to the bathroom and came back and waited some more as the host (young lady with glasses) just walked around. She finally came out and asked was I dinning in. I said yes. She took me to my table took my order and that was the very last time I spoke with her. I only ordered 3 pancakes and 2 fried eggs. People from one table left. Guy came out and removed there dishes. Still I had not been served. People from second table got up, paid there bill and left and still I had not been served. Started watching tv on my phone and still I had not been served nor had I not seen my waitress again. At around 4:10 I finally decided to get up and leave. I saw the young lady come out the bathroom, go into the kitchen and start talking. I then saw a guy who I believe was the cook come out and go into the bathroom.........I got up and left......Just kind of messed up that at a job where there is only 3 tables at the time, that a person working on tips wouldn't be providing there best service to get as much of a tip out of a customer as they could possibly get.
