Clean & polite but I wish their milk shake machine wasn't allways out of order, that would be my only complaint and reason my wife & I do not stop there as often as we would if they served milk shakes regularly.

Black male night shift employ always rude bad customer service every time I Place an order 25 minutes before showing up he tells me it just popped up making me wait 20 minutesAnd then ordered 2 taco, and a cheeseburger only give me the tacos and french fries, not even to drink and cheeseburger

The manager Donald is a really really excellent worker. I see him doing everything from taking drive through order to making the burgers,fries,tacos and other foods. He is an awesome worker. He is a speed demon. The other two people working on burgers and other things like fries and shakes were taking forever to make anything. He has the speed of three more workers. This was on Christmas eve and everyone was out at Jack in the box getting something. That line was long and when I went back to pass it going home i saw the line long still. I know Donald was godsend to that restaurant. This guy deserves a big raise or promotion definitely. I hope you admire Donald cause ur restaurant needs more people like him.
