32 weeks pregnant mama hereI ordered crest your own pasta, two raspberry teas and 2 strawberry lemonades, from uber eats.The pasta was severely over cooked to the point of it almost have the consistency of mashed potato’s i could not eat it with out feeling sick.The teas was kids cups i’m glad i got two of each , but my raspberry teas was just sweet tea… very disappointed.

I happened to be in SA for the weekend & I had to stop by my favorite place! Kudos to today’s opening staff, as full as it got, they did an amazing job serving us and the food brought me back really good memories! I loved the stuffed mushrooms so much and the chicken scallopini was awesome! Thank you! ❤️
Arrived 1.5 hrs before an early closing time on Easter Sunday. The food and drink we did receive were good, and the server was okay. However, it took over 45 min from ordering to receive entrees and they were brought out one at a time, with the last being much later and completely wrong dish. By this time it was 15 min to closing time so I refused a remake and then it took time to get the check. Not a stellar performance...

Went here on Wednesday because this is when they have their pizza & wings special. We ALWAYS go here for this special and it comes out to $24.00 dollars. The other day our bill came out to $32.00+change and I asked why? Their answer was because the prices are going up and the new prices will be updated NEXT WEEK on the menus. I told "the manager" who had on a red chef coat that these new prices should have been posted somewhere to let the customer know about these increases. What a coincidence that this "manager" was able to give us a discount all the way down to the price that we always pay when we go there. Seems like our waiter and the "manager" were trying to poke out our eyes with these prices. I wonder how many other people they did this to on this day that didn't speak up?Shady A$$ place ...

This place has a sports bar with several TV's full of news and sports. Ample parking for mobility impaired folks, even if you don't get a handicapped parking, you can still access it easily from any front parking. The Lasagna was firm, hot and really tasty. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. This place has some real gemutlich. Comfy, cozy and relaxing.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything but the restrooms were easy. The restroom doors are very heavy.

Interesting experience first time visiting a Johnny Carino's. Sat us in the bar area and put us in high chairs felt like a kid again. High chairs are uncomfortable not sure why they chose this type of seating arrangement for a restaurant. We had the new steak and lasanga meal, the steak had alot of fat in it but the lasanga was good. This place is dated and in need of some upgrades. Also the salad looked like coleslaw. Sorry not coming back.

We went yesterday to this restaurant to try it again since last time we had a hiccup… the manager Craig Campbell honored to give us meal in the house… everything was amazing… the Service, the food, the atmosphere!!! This has always being my husband favorite restaurant so we will definitely be going back as often as we used to!!! Thank you toMr. Campbell for offering us another try!!! Your customer service will pay off!! Outstanding!!!

I stood at the front of the restaurant for a very long time in an almost empty restaurant and no one came to seat me. Finally a guy came up and since I am on a business trip I am alone and he seemed put off and said I could sit at the bar or he “could try to find a different spot” keep in mind there were maybe six tables being used. I decided to try the bar since he did not want to seat me. I sat at the bar for a long time and never even saw a worker. The bar top was all sticky and just needed a simply wipe down I am sure but no one came after several minutes so I left. Not sure if this is just a local thing and I didn’t pass the vibe check but I will be in town for a few weeks but will not attempt this place again.

We came in and was told there was a 30 minute wait which was no biggie , we’ll 45 min then an hour went by before we were sat down . After 5 min a waiter came by and said he would he right back for our drink order . We waited and waited and waited for over 35 more minutes and I’m assuming the hostess who sat us down seen that I was very very agitated and asked if he could get our drinks . It took him 10 minutes to bring our teas and the bread . He then took our order . It didn’t take long bc it was just a family Italian nachos . He and another waitress was back and forth to our table since our waiter never came back around . The hostess which I’m assuming may have been the manager did comp our meal which we were very appreciative of him to do that . I understand getting busy but the waiter we had to begin with should have e came by and given us an explanation and an apology for just disappearing!
