Interesting how you allow your people to paint in the lobby like that. It looks gross, youre a restraunt that serves food. Had to wait a half hour in the drive through while you guys played arts and crafts.

Real Clean KFC/Taco Bell ? their 3 piece chicken HAD HUGE PIECES OF CHICKEN very clean presentation of plate and bowl some places give you plates with gravy,cheese etc all over the plate, real sloppy ?Employee Service was Fantastic ⭐️I will come again ?

I generally like KFC. Unfortunately the last time I ordered my experience was just a mess. I ordered ahead. When I arrived I was told it was being packed up. After about 5 minutes I asked if it was packed and ready. I was told by the cashier that they were waiting for fresh biscuits. About five minutes later a gentleman in a red shirt sees me waiting and tells me that it would be 10 minutes for the biscuits to be ready. I arrived at 530 and left at 601 with my complete order. I see two customers who also had biscuits with their food order after I arrived and see them leave before I do. I again asked a staff member if my order was ready and again told me it was being packed up. At this point the cashier and staff appear to be avoiding me. I finally get the attention of another staff member who is busily working in the kitchen. I tell her I was told I was waiting for my order to be completed because it needed biscuits. At this point I don't care about the biscuits and tell her such. She immediately apologizes and says she forgot and quickly begins to get a bucket and places chicken in it and bags it with my sides and biscuits. This takes a few minutes and I'm given a bag with my food. I felt lied to and simply disrespected, sadly over biscuits.

I seldom crave for fried chicken but this is the nearest place to my house.So I went through drive thru but it's disappointing this time the chicken that was given to me you can tell it's not fresh it's been sitting in there for few hours under that warmer
