If I could give a 0 I really really would. This was the worst experience of my life. Let me just start by saying if you can't do something, then please don't do it, it's not worth the hassle of continuously doing it wrong. I called and sent them a photo of what I wanted the cake to look like and they gave me a price of $130 which I thought was fair considering what the cake should've ended up looking like. I came on pickup day and it looked nothing like what it should've. It was actually so bad that I was too busy processing how much money I just wasted to even take a picture but there were just light streaks of a light green color around the cake. I asked them if there was any way I could cancel the order but they denied because they had already made the cake, which is reasonable, but they wouldn't even offer a partial refund for the terrible job. So I just asked them to fix it and actually make it look like the picture, and they literally said they could have it fixed in 5-10 minutes which I found really hard to believe so I told them I would just pick it up later. It took them over 2 hours and the photo attached was the result. The lady at the counter told me that that was the CLOSEST they could get to the picture because they weren't the original creators. I understand it's not going to be exactly like the picture but you cannot tell me that looks even remotely close. I showed the picture to friends and family and they literally laughed and said anybody could've done better, even a baby. I didn't want to be rude and explode in their faces so when I saw the result I just stood there and stared at the cake trying to come up with somewhat kind words to say, which was extremely difficult. Since the result was so bad I asked them if they could do something different and just have the bottom tier green and the top tier white but they said that would be too much of a change and they would have to charge me extra so I ended up just having them make the whole cake green. This was no way in hell worth $135 and nothing could convince me it was. If they couldn't do it they should've turned away my business instead of exploiting a literal teenager and making her believe that she would have a nice birthday cake. Now let's wait and see if the cake is edible!

Thank you Letty’s for making the best custom cake ever! I was able to text them the vision and they called me right away to give me a quote and find out what flavors I wanted. They had the cake ready in time and when I got there I was astounded at how realistic it looked! They were so creative with the way they made the cake. That cake was at least 15 pounds!! The bread itself was moist and delicious. I would absolutely recommend Letty’s for your custom cake needs!

Ordered a spidey and friends cake for my kids birthday. Had ordered from there before and they had done a decent job, so I decided to use them again. Big mistake! The images below speak for themselves. I paid over $300 and this is what I get. I should’ve used Exclusive cakes instead. This is an embarrassment. They didn’t even put Happy Birthday E and T like they were supposed to. Never again!! They offered to fix it for extra money. She wanted to blame me…apparently I did not specify to use fondant.

I really should have read the Reviews before ordering. What a shame. I would urge you not to order from Letty's Cakes if you want quality. I sent inspo pics and was very precise on what I wanted.However, upon examining the cake it was not what I had ordered. The cake isn't even heart shaped. I truly cannot believe they were comfortable giving me this quality of work. When I called to let her know I was not satisfied she didn't seem to understand why I was upset. She didn't take accountability. She offered credit which I declined because I will not be ordering from them again. She finally agreed to refund some money back but truthfully from the cake I received I would have expected a full refund. Please do better Letty's cakes!
