On The Bend Oyster Bar and Cigar Lounge

I should have known better. Don't eat on the riverwalk... the restaurants thrive on the tourists coming through and drinks... not food quality. The baked oysters were cold. The chicken etoufee was cold. The chairs were uncomfortable. It was not a good experience. Go for the frozen drinks and the people watching, then go somewhere else to eat.

Had ants all over the table. We moved to another table no help from wait staff with drinks and moving food, he then proceeded to give us the bill since we left his section. No apology at all, he then proceeded to tell us they had an infestation there, then why seat a party there? Manager came over offered us free drinks or dessert by the time dinner was done we were full and wanted to leave when the waitress told us she was only able to comp dessert not drinks and the manager was gone for the night. Too many other choices on the river walk for dinner!!!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience relaxing to live jazz on the patio. The spinach and cheese appetizer was substantial and flavorful and the music was very entertaining

We dined on the cooled patio to watch the evening jazz musicians. It was a very relaxing vibe. Our server was great, food was fresh and tasted very good, drinks were well priced and well made. A very nice evening, especially if you're looking for something than Mexican food or BBQ/beef.

The live music was such an awesome addition this past Friday, and our server was so attentive and very friendly.

I was disappointed only because my guest did not want to sit on the patio with the live music and I ordered the oysters out of season; however, the atmosphere was uplifting and the service was very pleasant.

During my visit, the restaurant's waitstaff, bartender, and management provided poor service. The bartender instructed us to sit at a table to receive food service, but after we were seated, we waited 10 minutes before being told to leave because the drinks on our table were "outside drinks." When we showed our receipt, which clearly had the restaurant's label on it, the staff cursed at us and stated that they didn't care what the label said; we were unwelcome. Clearly, we were not wanted at this restaurant for reasons beyond just the "outside drinks." Speaking to the manager did not help; she simply gave a speech about "technicalities." It's unfortunate, but one member of my party is an attorney who has contacted the corporation in hopes of receiving a better response.

Customer service was a zero I waited 10 mins and never got helped and then when my sisters came back with margaritas from the SAME establishment the owner told us we had to leave never returning

Great deck overlooking the Riverwalk. Good drink selection. Not bad at all. Great for overpriced cigars, which comes with the territory.

Well they may not like my review but I’m almost a regular here . Been here several times but the service isn’t that good . I don’t know why its got a 4.1 . The waitresses just talk with each and don’t wait on the customers.. even now just caught the manager just talking with her employees.. put them to wait on customers. I now spent five minutes just waiting to get asked if I want another drink sheesh 🙄

The live jazz was absolutely superb! It was a great outdoor show where we were able to enjoy our meal right on the Riverwalk. The food and the service were excellent as well. It was a 5-star experience for my wife and me for sure!

I don't believe some men should be waiters. Had a young man serve me and was just terrible service. Seemed all over the place and couldn't get things right, not very informative about the menu and kept having to come back and forth to my table with my husband and I. We Didn't catch a name but very tall and skinny young man. The oysters were decent but it was also very loud in the area. Outside patio seems very packed and hectic to get around and move around. Place needs some work.
