Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

The place was a little dirty. Some of the flavor machines weren't working. One of the machine looked disgusting with over flow yogurt just piling up. The workers were friendly.

Overpriced. I asked for a sugar free option but they had none. Asked for the mint chocolate chip. It was so sweet, I could hardly eat it

Went on a Thursday to find out about their awesome Thursday special! The staff was very nice and welcoming (I am not used to going to an establishment and receiving great customer service from young employees) The cashier apologized as the cheesecake machine was out but understandably as it's one of the best flavors.

Came in, there was a young lady in the phine taking snaps , the other one was just wondering around . What kind of place is this. The 2 young ladies immediately went to the back after taking my order . Both on their phones with unlimited access, didint know they were at home . One was in the restroom for about 15 minutes . The other young lady every 1 minute pull the phone to take her snaps . They should do their work that’s why they get payed for . Dissatisfied. Never comming back .

something is wrong with the employees or weight machine. on Thursday night i bought a yogurt it was $7 and the next day it is $18. some one is stealing will never go back. this is Crazy

Truly disappointed with the look and cleanliness of this place. Not sure how they stay in business because the floors, the chairs & the walls were so dirty and disgusting looking. We walked in and the one employee was in the back. When she came out she asked us what size cup we wanted. It was our first time here and probably our last because it just doesn’t look clean. The machines were going but the trays at the bottom has some froyo that drips out which doesn’t look appealing. All the toppings were open and just the unclean place as a whole makes we wonder how clean can the toppings be. We ended up purchasing a couple cups out of pity for this place. The weigh machine had some previous drips on it and the employee looked like she was going to clean it but then when she wiped it was dried on. so instead of cleaning it completely off she just let it be. As soon as we walked out the door the girl headed to the back room again. We ate our froyo in the car since it’s cleaner than the chairs and tables inside. While we were there a couple of ladies walked in, looked around and left. I’m sure this place would have customers if they just kept it clean. I’m just glad we didn’t get sick from it.

The frozen yogurt is great when they have some, both times I’ve been there they are always out of the yogurts so I asked what was going on and they told me they have all the favors out only in the summer but that is not true cause I went in the summer they were out too ??not liking this place anymore

Multiple flavors missing or not working. No napkins. No small sized cups.

I've been here twice now over the last 3 months and I've had a good experience both times. The dairy free selections are good and the toppings area looks clean and well maintained. My only complaint is to please update the furniture. It's all scratched up and worn out. I will still continue to come despite that though.

I mean standing in the lobby for 10-15min and no one helped us no employees to be seen at all. Extremely disappointed as my special needs brother loves this place. Finally just left since the employees didn't feel like working.

Very limited flavors and toppings at this location. Also sign up for option of shakes and apparently they do not make them. One of the girls on the line seemed annoyed for my family of 5 while adding which toppings we were choosing. The tables and chairs should be replaced. The couch looks gross and blackened on parts. The ladies restroom had no toilet paper. I’d say this is one of the worst locations my family and I have visited. This place needs work.

Bad customer service. The tables weren't clean, and the two women working there at the time hardly came out from the back to assist customers.Watched them lose a group of customers because they didn't come out for a long while. I'm almost certain they only come out if they hear people talking, but since there were already two groups who had been served, they didn't realize a third group had come in.

I love coming here! The variety of toppings and froyo are amazing! The girl that was working was really nice too!

Dirty. Leftover ice cream on tables, front entrance dirty, napkins on floor. Open straws on chair. Store open, yet lights were off when we walked in 630. 2 females were hiding in the back. We were in the store about 10 steps before they turned the lights on. Took our order. Then went to the back again to hide. Not one person in store except us. Why don't they stop hiding in the back getting paid to do nothing and put some effort into cleaning up. We have been in here at least 30 minutes and they have not come out from the back since they rang up our order.
