They do not lose money on their bowls! Mine had plenty of rice, plenty of greens, but was very short on the entree. There were only four pieces of chicken! There was no offer or apology when I brought this to their attention.

This is the worst Panda Express. I mean Citywide. Their food is disgusting and when you call them out on it. They still try to force you to take the food. Get this, my order was wrong from the start I never ordered an extra drink but he rang me up for one. I said sir I didn’t order this. He took the soda. I paid for my order and I arrived at home and realized I had the same entrees on my plate and the receipt clearly stated what I wanted. I had a double portion of hard fried orange chicken. They refused to give me a refund. They wanted me to keep the hard orange chicken and add the beef and broccoli. I said sir I don’t want none of it I was being very polite. Instead they offered me $15 gift card that didn’t match the dollar amount of the meal. I returned everything even the drink. What they served me looks like last week trash. It didn’t look fresh at all. Unacceptable!! I will be disputing the charges. You don’t deserve any stars and that 3.7 rating is a joke! In the negatives is where this Panda Express Restaurant belongs. Just Horrible!!!

Ordered thru the drive thru and was told it would be a six minute wait for them to make more egg rolls. No bigge! There were 2 cars ahead of me so I said out loud, by the time the two in front get their food and clear out of the drive thru, it would be a minute or two left. WRONG.Jessica (girl at the window) says “they’re going to pull to the front and wait”.I thought it was odd but still not a big deal, I can wait 6 minutes. Both cars drive around, I get to the window, pay for my food and she asks me to pull to the front door as well.At the time there was no one behind me so I didn’t understand why they were making everyone pull up, but I’d guess they’re trying to fix their store’s stats. ??♀️I waited in the car for about 5 before I saw someone noticeably upset get out of her car and go to the cashier with her receipt. She’d been waiting for at least the five minutes I’d waited.As they rushed to get her food ready, another person follows suit. They get out with their receipt and go inside. Then the third, fourth and fifth person.By this time I was so intrigued by how many people they managed to back up that 20 minutes had gone by and I was still sitting out there waiting for someone to bring out my 6 minute order and not a single employee walked out with an rode for any of the cars.After 20 minutes I went in and 4 people followed behind with receipts in hand. I’m usually annoyed by things like this but the employees were so stressed out I couldn’t even find it in me to press them and decided to just give them grace.All that said…The line of drive thru orders became a line of inside pickups because the process was being handled so poorly.They really should NOT have so many cars pulling forward when there’s no line in the drive thru. Just deal with one order at a time until you learn how to move more efficiently.

My husband went through drive thru to get a Firecracker bowl. I wrote it down on a paper so he could give it to them because I wanted lo-mein. We got rice. Called to let the know but the person in charge was not very interested in the mistake.

Tried the new chili shrimp dish with my normal Beijing beef. Enjoyed it was a little hotter then what I normally get ,but still liked it.Parking: Always has plenty of spaces to park when I go there.
