DON'T USE DELIVERY. PICK UP YOUR FOODTired of dealing with door dash and basically all delivery apps. They are just hiring non speaking drivers, that don't understand instructions or directions, yikes ? package arrives open, who knows what they do to your food, cold, never deliver on time and on top of that customer pays a lot of fees for receiving this horrible service.SAVE MONEY AND PICK UP YOUR OWN FOOD.No risks of having your food vandalized.Panera is great but it's compromising their name and reputation, thanks to these apps and their drivers ?

They make it really difficult to use unlimited sips at this location, you have to ask for a cup but either no one is there to ask or there is a line of people who are ordering food. Food quality is also sub par and quite sloppy to be honest.

I miss what Panera used to be - great food for a realistic price. Now I paid $17 for a latte and a sandwich which was a long loaf of bread, with 3 thin pieces of cheese and some pesto. Considering I got it to go, it would have been a nice touch if this was cut into halves or thirds - it was next to impossible to eat this. The store was well located and well designed, the food just isn't the quality it used to be.

I went there on a lunch date with my husband. The front cashier was very nice. Our order came out quite cold. My broccoli soup was a tad warm, and my everything bagle was cold even though I asked for it toasted. My husband's order with the pick 2 was the same. Soup a tad warm except the cold sandwich. It was good. The atmosphere was nice and quiet.. except for some early morning pick-ups, not very happy with their orders because they were being loud about it. I can't blame them. The restaurant looked dirty as we looked around as we ate. A staff member was just on her earphones. I don't think we will come back. Maybe in a long while. In hopes it does some changes. To be on a nice side of town, they should be cleaner.

The drive thru girls are so kind. They always have a smile to share. The food was warm and had some flavor. It doesn’t seem like they do anything to the brioche; if they popped it in the oven for a minute or so to give a crisp texture, it would be a 5 star for sure

I am part of the Unlimited Sips Club so I frequent this location at least 4-5x/week. Today I ordered a Rustic Sourdough Bread that was split lengthwise(not what I wanted) but was the last loaf according to the employee behind the p/u counter. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 weeks. The first time I was in the cafe & ordered it on the kiosk as "thin sliced". When my order was ready, I noticed it was split lengthwise as I walked to my car? I returned & told the employees by the p/u counter. The manager was there & told me it wasn't the right item. He took it back & proceeded to get another loaf & sliced it himself on the slicing machine. He apologized but made it right. Today, I ordered the bread online for p/u and also picked up a Dark Roast coffee once I arrived. I went to the counter & noticed the loaf was cut lengthwise again! The employee told me it was the last loaf so dismayed, I took it for a couple of reasons. One was because I already redeemed a -$2 coupon on a sourdough loaf and secondly, because we're having below freezing temps the next few days. I love the taste & texture of the bread so I'll keep purchasing it from Panera but I won't order it online anymore. I think I'll have to order it at the counter so I can specify the way I want it sliced. I wish the ordering system would've prompted me or even a text.

My grandson and I were out for a fun day the 6th of January. I can not tell you how disappointed I was with the lunch we received here at the Hwy 281 North location.I have eaten at Panera many times before, here in many different locations in Texas and also visting family in Michigan. This was my 1st visit to this location and I will never return. We both ordered a bread bowl with soup. Mine was the acorn squash, it literally had four small spoons of soup in the bread bowl and to add insult to injury, it was not served hot. I've ordered this item for years past and it has never been like this. My grandson had the chicken noodle soup in his bread bowl, and it came out looking like it had sat in the bread bowl for an hour. I should have sent them both back. I didn't want to upset my young grandson who had begun to eat his meal. When I saw another chunk of bread sitting next to our bread bowls it dawned on me that we were never asked what side we would like with our soup. Do you no longer offer an apple instead of the extra bread?I'm hard of hearing and was having an issue with one of my hearing aids. I had to ask the person taking our order to please speak up several times, and she just simply would not raise her voice or look at me while taking our order. Very poor customer service! While getting water and coffee I noticed that the area just looked messy and quite frankly not really clean. Also, there were many dirty tables, and the floor was not clean.I used the ladies room before I left, and found that in the same unkept state. The floor in the ladies room was just terrible and the trash container was overflowing. I've never seen a Panera Bread in this sad sad state before. With drinks and a side dish my grandson ordered along with our soup bread bowls, I spent close to $40. After such a bad bad experience, I also questioned why we are asked to tip the staff when we - #1 Stand in line to order, or use the computer ourselves to order our meals. #2 Our names are called to come up and retrieve our meals when they are ready. And lastly.. #3 After we are done eating, we clear and tity our table ourselves? And "Yes", I tipped while I checked out. Today I certainly questioned that and actually wished I had spent my money elsewhere.I'm truly saddened to have written this negative review, but this one visit has diminished all the nice visits I've had to Panera. I'll not be quick to return to Panera, and if and when I do, I will indeed never return to this location.

My meal was served lukewarm at best on the outside and cold on the inside, and the entire thing was bland with barely any hint of flavor. The place was rather dirty, too, with trash and crumbs on most of the tables that the staff took their sweet time taking care of, and it was rather quiet when I went.

Love this place... it's always clean, nice, and the staff is always kind. The best thing is that it has great, fresh food. One of my favorite places to eat, work, and study. A vert enjoyable enviornment. I definitely recommend this panera!
