I've got to say it's convenient. If I'm in a hurry ,and most times I am, my job is 24/7, it'll do. And they're quick. O' don't be fooled by the sign ,they don't have brisket. At least the last three times I've been there there hasn't been any. Although as soon as they get it I'm there. Now I'm intrigued. I miss my favorite place cause this place has no carnitas." Another strike" you say, but I keep going back.Vegetarian options: Forget it!

Rios Barbacoa is a fantastic place to get good authentic Mexican food. The barbacoa is very juicy, the salsa is perfect, the charro beans are literally TO DIE FOR, and the pork tamales will make you want to stuff your face with an endless supply. I can tell they take pride in their food and the customer service is superb. I will always stop here when I'm in San Antonio.

In the mood for some good Barbacora well Rios Barbacora is your spot! They offer great Barbacora, tamales and menudo too! The All-meat Special is my favorite go to, it feeds 4-6 people all for under twenty dollars. They have other yummy combos that never disappoint. Their staff is always super friendly and makes you feel like family. We will definitely be back!!!

The barbacoa tasted burnt. Had a funky taste to it. Knocked a couple of stars because I'm sure it's not always like this but bad first impression nonetheless.
