This location has a new manager. I am very pleased to see that there are subtle but noticable changes. The food and service was good before, but it it well on it's way to great. So this is a shout out for Mary the new manager. Keep doing what you are doing. I have one more shout out. This goes to Jacob. This was the first time I have had him as a server, however he has been serving my friend for a few years now. I now know why he is her favorite. He is very personable, has excellent suggestions, and stays right on top of everything. Thank you so much for the wonderful job y'all are doing. We will see y'all soon.

Had a late night dinner with son & daughter-in-law. Had a ten minute wait (was surprised about this) but got some good service and good food too. Will return!

Ordered the chicken melano.the green leaf that used to be in the meal is now shredded all over so now I have to pick it all out and the chicken(although well cooked)is hard.the wife ordered a sweet tea and need the pink sweetener which they said they didn't have any.don't know if they don't have any or they don't carry it anymore.asked for lemons and never got them.asked for more tea and never got it.sorry carino's but you have changed for the worst. We will never step inside another carino's again.

The staff was friendly, and we were seated right away, but the first thing you smell when you walk in is bleach. We sat in the bar area, on chairs that don't have feet support, nor are there bars at the bottom of the table, so your feet dangle, and it gets uncomfortable after awhile. The bread was hot and tasty. The salad tasted wilted and needed flavor. The pizza was limp, not crispy at all, which we expected a crispy, crunchy crust. The flavor was ok. The pasta was only warm when it came out, so it got cold quickly. The flavor was mediocre, with the sauce having the floury consistency of dumplings, which I expected hot and juicy, not sticky. Each entree is around $17.99, so not exactly a value for what you're getting. Our server was very nice and courteous, he took good care of us.
