I decided to drop in and get a free sandwich, along with a purchased one (an offer they sent me).I ordered the original sandwich and requested it double toasted (aka extra crispy). I was promptly seen, my order taken, drink glasses given, and chips. When my meals were ready, the staff brought it to my table and later checked on me to see if anything else was needed.They do a good job managing their customer quality at these sandwich shops and hire good people. Went there for the first time today and the young lady that took our order was super friendly and professional she was the only nice one. The other lady got a major attitude when she was asked to to give us our cups to get our drinks , gave me the dirtiest look and had a stank face I was not sure if she was having a bad day or just smelling her upper lip. There is no need to be rude especially if you work in customer service we all have our bad day but that rude lady was doing too much.

I got there close to closing and the team there gave me exceptional service! Food was DELICIOUS. Very kind and patient woman at the register whose name I wish I could remember was fantastic. Gave me great recommendations and was incredibly patient with me. (I asked her for her name to make it a point to let management know that the service I received was excellent and yet here we are.)

This place used to be top notch. But there's been two different issues in the past month. Today I had to drive back to the place as the sandwich in my bag was completely wrong, the least you can do is offer a cookie for people that have to burn their lunchtime

absolutely the worst location i've been to. i went last night to order 1 thing which was a Cinnabon, i didn't even want it heated up. as soon as we pulled up to the drive thru, the worker was very rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there, he seemed very annoyed but that has nothing to do with us. he also dropped the card after we payed and the cinnabon looked like crap it was disgusting waste of money and a trip. i rather drive further then to come here.
Some chains have varying quality depending on the location and its employees. They all have the same ingredients available but unless the staff puts their heart into what they're doing, the quality of the product suffers. This location puts their heart into it and it shows. The bread is fresh... crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside for example. And double meat ordered meant double meat on the sandwich.

Maybe because it was two minutes to closing but nonetheless no excuse to give a customer a sandwich like this. It had little to no ingredients. The bread was hard. Not fresh at all. I even called the store and the assistant manager blew me off. So I came to yelp and their main website to give my opinion. Wasted money and trip.
