Your employee "TRINITY THOMAS" as she clearly stated her name. I placed and order at 5:09pm when it took me 45 min to get my order. Trinity was not putting the tops on the blender and the smoothies were spilling out all over the inside of the blender cover. Instead of her remaking the smoothies she was just adding ice to make up the room for the smoothies. People were pay for blended ICE. I said my family owned smoothie king and this is not acceptable service. When she finally had gotten to my smoothie she makes it and tells me BYE! I said I ordered two smoothies. She stated she did not care! BYE! I said I want my other smoothie! She again walked off (to the back behind the door and said I don't care) I said I am not leaving with out my smoothie. The other little guy working with her made the smoothie. The front was busy with several customers and she was rolling her eyes at the clients when they asked her. questions, making in correct smoothies for customer and she was not remaking the correct smoothie. I noticed that (I know y'all have a cup count) that she was pouring smoothies onto cups and then realizing she did not make enough and then again pour the mix back into the blender and adding additional cups of ice to make enough smoothie for the cups. Basically everyone was getting cups of Blended ice. She was rude to the customer and I also sent a complaint to corporate and called my sister in law about the issue asking how to make sure that the owner JOANN was notified about this VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE! I go to this smoothie king several times a week and this was the first I noticed this female I do hope that she is not working in the future or I will no longer shop for my smoothie at this location. I do since he is next to the gym where I work out.

Waited 26mim for 1 item. Nobody was in the building except me.. I asked how much longer. The ladies said he's making it. He's new.. Didn't help him make my order to speed up the process. Just let him crash and burn. I am not blaming the new guy. Blaming the 3 workers who just walked around not even helping.

This location has the best service because of the great team members. They go beyond their duty to bless your day, prompt and friendly. Order is always on point and served in a timely manner.I would not hesitate to order on a busy day at this location. Be sure to stop by for your Smoothie!

Even with a line and folks waiting the employees were polite and quick. Smoothies were made fast and exactly as ordered. What more can you say.Our order? 20oz Lemon Twist Strawberry, 32oz Vanilla Hulk w/ Peanut-butter.
This is the worst location I've ever been too and I'm a Champion member. This is the second time in a row that they couldn't follow the directions on the receipt. Bland no flavor at all. They got a group of incompetent associates running this place. Not even a month ago they had a group that never got it wrong with the best tasting smoothies available. This new group needs to get fired. Pure dog water. Worst smoothie on the planet. Do better. Never going to this location again, I'll drive the extra 10 min to get a decent smoothie. One is understandable, two in a row is a trend.

Went to this location & the cashier, Savannah, was absolutely the best! Such great energy, kind & explained the different options to me. Was extremely patient with me. Overall, 10/10 I’d definitely come back solely because of the customer service!!!

first time location was great , second time i came here girl with tatted lips on her neck rude as hell before i even ordered, i just wanted to use my rewards and didn’t even give me a receipt just walked off not just that i got my order i asked i was like this is not a small i asked her for a small and she was like ughhh like girl get off your attitude for no reason and pay attention nobody waiting in line ridiculous, Never ever again coming here i rather drive to 1604 location which is 30min from me, that should tell you something , if this company reviews my review please leave corporate number . i should of listened to the other reviews on here these ppl don’t even try to help you out in the app or anything go to 1604 Location

Don’t waste you time here and watch your pricing . They try to add extra amounts and when ask why they walk themselves back and then charge the correct amount. Talked to regional manager and he has no since of service , wanted to justify and make excuses for what I know was a tip added without my permission. Learn how to listen to your clients and be empathetic vs trying to prove someone wrong . If your associates were doing right they would have explained it properly to me the two or more times they tried charging me more then the other 50 times I bought the same item their !
