I waited 36 minutes for a drink and 2 snacks... the 1st time i pressed the button i waited so long they either cancelled it or it timed out, and the 2nd time it took over 15 minutes to get my drink, the server was polite but there were maybe 8 other cars there, it wasn't busy at all!
Have never been to a Sonic where it takes 40 minutes to get 2 Route 44's and tator tots, then they bring the wrong order! One poor guy running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Sweet as can be!

She is leaving her two employees demotivated although they are very good employees and do their best.
