For what it is, it's fine. Quick tacos for a relatively good price. If you like challenging your stomach to a fight, eat Taco Bell.

Ordered the Mexican chalupa of what I got it tasted horrible I also had to wait forever to get it when all I ordered was two crunchy tacos with that that wrap and it took forever to get the chicken tenders from KFC side tasted real greasy fries were cold so i will never go

Ordered food online 20 minutes ahead of time because I know it was busy. When I got to the store asked if my order was ready. The guy said not yet. Waited 5 or so customers to be served their food then guy came and said I am the next one.Waited for another 5 or so customers to be served their food and I asked the staff again if mine is ready and he acknowledged me then just went to the back without saying anything.Waited for another 5 or so customers and asked again. This time he didn't even acknowledge me and flat out ignored me. And rest of the staff didn't seem to care that I waited 15minutes and people that ordered food as walk in after I got there has now all gotten their food. So I left since its waste of my time to talk to a new guy that was now flat out ignoring me.As I walked away I called the store that I waited total 35min after ordering still haven't gotten the food and asked themnyo deliver it upstairs. At the very least if you want to have a decent customer service you should. Guy over the phone seemed polite but the Lady I assume is the GM started talking over him and raising her voice that its busy blah blah.I told her I came down because order said it was ready to pick up. Total time wait was 35min. She said app is wrong and its not ready when it says it is. That sounds like her and Tacobell issue she should be apologizing to me about not telling me in fighting tone that I should have known that already. And she said its busy so its going to take 30 minutes to make an order.From what Ive seen walk in order getting food, it was taking 10min max. Once again I repeated I ordered 35min ago. She finally decided to check the order and tells me its been ready and sitting here for a while. Like I'm supposed to come inside to the back and check for myself and pick it up?Ive asked 3 times every 5 minutes if my food was ready and their staff ignored me while my food is just sitting on the counter? Whose fault is that? Mine or the store?After their mistakes they refuse to bring the food upstairs or even apologize. She just said call the 1-800# to get refund or come get it or i can make you a new one. She just said it will take 30 minutes for food. Who wants to wait 1h5min for tacobell?I've been coming here few times a week because it was convenient but with this kind of customer service and accusations, you lost a customer permenantly.

I orderd a box that came with the cinnomon sticks and they were Completely disgusting. I also made changes to my 5 layer and they still put things on there that i asked them not to include. My drink was wrong as well. I guess you don't need to know how to read to work at this location.

Stopped by to pick up a party pack of tacos. Quick and easy to order. staff was friendly and quick. Food was hot and fresh. Counters, kitchen and eating area looked clean. napkins and other condiments were readily available.

It’s so annoying getting doordash from this place because it’s hard for the drivers and the order is completely wrong 75% of the time.Please turn the system off and allow regular Taco Bell’s to take the delivery orders.

I actually enjoyed myself here. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good as always ... LOVE ME SOME TACO BELL. The food was out quick and pretty slow for a Thursday evening I would think.

Girl at the cashier was polite and had great service but rest of the staff did not. Been here several times and often see 3 to 4 staff chatting in the back hanging out while 1 girl on the register and 1 guy making the food during busy lunch or dinner rush. Lines were backed up 20 to 30minutes while few people just slacking in the back.They put online orders as ready when it is clearly not ready, even told me their fryer is "broken" meaning they closed early and not selling anymore but still put order as ready to pick up instead of canceling. Manager was extremely rude and refused to give refunds and told me I had to call customer service # to get refund. 1-800 Customer service rep said the store was able to take care of me. Which means manager was being lazy, shut the fryers off early and slacking rest of day until time to clock out.Next visit, which will be my last here until they replace the manager. The same manager with lazy attidude was rolling burritos barehanded, no gloves at all. He was keep looking around to see if anyone was watching. Do not order from here, go somewhere else. If manager doesn't use gloves and follow food safety, then rest of the staff definitely isn't going to be.

Cashier said i was rushing her but i only ordered 2 tacos and tried to pay, then went on to complain about me to each guest in line. i tried to tell the female manager she just shrugged and said o well. they need a whole new kitchen staff.
