Ordered 5 things that took some time to receive. I checked the order, and I got something that I didn't order and was missing one item. I asked for a refund since I didn't have time to wait more since I was on lunch break. I had to ask three times for a refund before getting it. On my way back to work, I decided to eat what I had left. They screwed up everything but my bean and cheese burrito. Save your money and go to another taco bell.

Had a wonderful experience here at this Taco Bell (Joy A ) is a great worker. She sounded so professional, and answered all the questions that I had about the menu ! She helped me with the options and made sure that I had all the condiments that I needed. She made me feel so welcome. Sounded like she cared about my order. Most people that work at chain restaurants like this don’t care about their job nor other peoples orders especially while working in the drive-through, she definitely stood out to me And deserves a raise !! I will 100% be going back, hoping that I see Joy again ?
