Went there and ordered, asked for no sour cream on some items (as the person eating it can NOT eat sour cream) and said items had sour cream, leaving them inedible. We ordered two drinks, one Baja blast one Pepsi. The Pepsi tasted flat and was flavourless so we asked for a replacement and for it to be another Baja blast. The Baja blast and the Pepsi where both underfilled (below the second 'L' on the cup logo)

I'm an Uber driver and this lady was super rude. She looks like a MANAGER. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. She kept calling out everyone's order. Kept starring at me. Never asked "can i help you??" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

It's taco bell but as far as they go this one was pretty good but they lacked in customer service , they have switched to self checkout for ordering food which is fine but say hello with a smile and some basic counter customer service goes along way .. condescending tones.

They are rude the “supervisor” who was bagging food threw everything in the bag as if it was garbage my bag was completely torn apart when I got it the nacho fries were all over literally all over the other food items it was so rude and when I told them hey why did y’all throw it around like that the “manager” stated I’m just going to take them out and put them back in the same fry box I was like that’s not right you throw my stuff around there was not a single fry where it belonged she rolled her eyes and tossed it on the counter as if it was literal trash not how a “supervisor or manager” would handle bagging food I’m in the food industry and that’s not how you treat people so disappointing shame on me for coming to Taco Bell in the first place as if we needed more reasons for not coming to them anymore but this was the tipping point to never go to one again the service was trash the food was trash that’s how they treated it because it was. So disappointed never coming here again.Kid-friendliness: They don’t care about anyone the only kid friendly thing about this place is the attitudes of the employees they are childish and immature. And bag your order as if they were children because they threw it around how a toddler throws a tantrum so sad.

I ordered through drive-through like 20 minutes ago at 11:16 pm, Solaiman S was my cashier. But it was a different person it was a woman that took my order. I barely got home just opened my food. They messed up my order I said no lettuce and sauce in my burrito and they of course added it to my burrito. Also, I ordered chips and cheese when I opened the bag there was only like five chips that are broken. Plus the chips are terrible they taste that they haven’t changed the oil. Can literally taste oily chemical taste I immediately spit it right out. What kind of service is this? Bad service for night crew members, do better guys. I want my refund or give me my order right. Give this store a one star or less, they don’t even care about the customers heath of giving them the care.

if i could give this taco bell no stars i would, as someone that works for the fast food industry i GET it. the workers seem like they hate their life (you work at taco bell i would hate my life just as much) when i tell you the food.. i ordered a beef and cheese and they made it SO god damn hard to understand. they charged me for their most expensive burrito and took off everything, when i went back (20mins btw) the manager looked clueless. when i say everytime i go to this taco bell, I MEAN EVERYTIME. they mess up something, or im charged wrong. don't go, i mean don't go to this place.

Cashier Jasmine T. needs to be retrained or taken off cashier duty, she messed up my order and didn't specify no lettuce or mark it to have hot sauce packets added. I know she heard it, but alas my order didn't get it. The kitchen never messes up my order when I order online, but the cashier is always the single point of fault in my opinion.
