I showed up last night with my wife and there was a wait (not a problem), so we walked over to the bar and got drinks. After a few minutes we got sat down and that’s where it went downhill. We sat for 30 minutes and no server showed up. I went up to the host and asked for a server. Still, nobody showed up. We finished our drinks at about 50 minutes of sitting and waiting and we just walked up and left.Horrible, horrible service. It’s sad because I usually enjoy coming here but I’ve never had a situation where servers just completely ignore you. I’m extremely disappointed in a place I used to enjoy going to.

Food and atmosphere was amazing! The place really had a rustic feel to it, pun intended! Had one of the salads which was great. Our server, Emily was amazing as well. Came to check up on us often and was very sweet.

I love coming here and brining my family or friends! Recently made a trip and our server was AMAZING! The best one yet. She was on everything and made sure our drinks were never empty. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Cassie!

Just now leaving the Rustic, the service was horrible, the food took forever to come and only came after I got up and talked to a manager, when the food got to the table the plate was warmer than the food itself. I used to be a regular here that sat at the bar every time and the last 3 times I have been here we have sat at an actual table for service and it has taken forever for food and drinks to get to the table.

My go to spot when I have company, I love when they have live bands and I get to bring my dog with me I definitely recommend it to people or Out of Towners I want to explore San Antonio and what the rim has to offer!

Huge expansive space with live music. Outstanding bar but out of most drafts and carry many local brand liquor that aren’t on the menu so ordering a captain and coke or Jamison isn’t happening. Burger was great, Grilled artichoke was a dumb adventure - do not recommend.
