Ordered cupcakes and cake for my nephews going away party and they did my ENTIRE order wrong. Very disappointed the cupcakes were HORRIBLE and then had the nerve to offer 10%off such a joke 2$ . I gave specific instructions on order took so much time picking out what i wanted for nothing!! Now I'm having to get them redone somewhere else bc they wouldn't redo them.. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pharmacy let the phone ring for 20 minutes until they closed!!! Now I have to suffer until WHAT MONDAY? I hate y'all. So ignorant. So unprofessional. So INCONSIDERATE. I HATE WALMART but unfortunately this is the only place my prescription can be filled.

Today in San Antonio it is mandatory to wear a mask due to Covid-19. However, Walmart is letting everybody into their store regardless of the city requirements. Walmart is being irresponsible and continuing to greedily drawing in funds by the fistful while small businesses are forced to be closed.

The manager literally told me I couldn't buy and item in electronics because she didn't want to open it. Now if I went to another Walmart they would allow me to enter the electronics area. It was the little short Hispanic lady with dirty blonde hair with the meat ball for a mole on her face,she was upset probably because she was at work on New Years; but that is a bad way to start a new year horrible management,you should never tell a customer they can't buy something that's madness and she's out of line for that an I'm going to make a report at what happened at 3:28 am 1/1/2020 inside of Walmart on west military and 410 in San Antonio Texas

Horrible service here, literally couldn't get some good customer service from anybody and to top it off the lady who was helping me was on the phone with her daughter and talking to another employee. I have waited over 30 minutes for nothing to be solved. I hate complaining but this deserves my complaint, please stray away from here if you need assistance. Only come to get what you need and leave

Customer Service is by far the worse service at the tire shop. I've came here various times to get my old change and either you have to have an appointment or beat the crowd cause you will sit down for over 4 hours to get your service done. I came to get a tire fixed and apparently it was missing a lug nut, then they told me it's low on thread, after 2 hours of waiting. I still waited to get helped out because they were trying to figure out my situation. The cashier that was going back and forward literally came back and forward 4 times just to tell me they couldn't do anything about it. Management needs to step it up. I was being denied service for missing a lug nut when i know i had all 5 lug nuts on the tire. I parked the car where the associate asked me to park the vehicle, i looked back and did see all lug nuts on the tire. So they are saying I'm lying. Co manager tim was offering to help out but then at the same time he was saying he couldn't. I was out of there 3 hours later to get nothing done with my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this location if your trying to go in and out in an hour. Time wise they take their time to do nothing.

So we came to get a grill from Wal-mart, had been l M look. So my boyfriend decided to just get one that was economical and this is what they had. So they had 6 on display and the young black boy that was working told us that they were unable to sell display BBQ grills. So we go outside and this is what they are selling. Guess I will be calling corporate on Monday.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I came in due to possibly leaving a bag of shirts at the self check out. Called at first and after being hung up on several times decided that I'd have to drive down to the store in person to get anything handled. I spoke to Alvina in customer service and for a manager really felt my experience could of been so much better. Basically I was told since I used self checkout if someone stole my merchandise regardless of cameras it was completely my fault. What is disappointing is that Alvina had no empathy and seemed to care less that this happened and really was not helpful in trying to provide a resolution. Everything was kicked back to the customer. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? If you are a CUSTOMER service manager and you aren't there to help the customers help me understand what your job is? I think for me it's the principal and it's going that extra mile which Alvina did not! Her shift just started at 10pm I showed up about 1030 and this is the extent of her help?? This Walmart sure has got a long way to go to get the right people on board to bring back that genuine customer service, after all it's the paying customers that pay the employees salaries! Well thanks for nothing Walmart, I left frustrated and out another 20 bucks as I repurchased my shirts once again and made sure to take them this time!

Literally one of the worst of many awful places to be at. However my issue with them is entirely absurd! I was there well over four hours to get my tires replaced so my family and I were trapped there hours upon hours. So I decided to nurse my baby in the back of the store where there was a bench only to be rudely insulted by one of their employees! She said loud enough for me to hear her that she and I quote "can not stand when they breastfeed in public", I immediately turned to her and gave her a look I had choice words but I had my children with me so I remained silent in disbelief! And after I had looked away she said louder , well what?! I've contacted the store and their corporate office and all I got out of it was we will talk to her. That woman should be fired not reprimanded. She judged me and my infant for no reason what so ever! I'm just baffled at her audacity. Maybe I should have asked her if her hair was that short because all of the hot air escaping from her head, those experiences alone are the exact reasons I do not shop here for jack squat! Go to target where they know how to treat people like decent human beings!

They had one ball displayed damaged for $5 with no price tag I asked management if I can get a discount. They said 10% LOL thanks not worth the 15 min you will take to make the change. Get to the counter to pay and one of the other toys is not scanning,management is called again "oh we can't sell you this because it's not in the system " really I spent time looking deciding on a toy. What a waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!! Management looked like he was 19 years old definitely does not know how to handle situations. He could have made someone's day with great customer service. The toy was $3.00he couldn't make an override and charge me a miscellaneous item? What a joke of an experience here .

I would 0 if I could. All I needed was a crate that was on the top shelf. The sign literally says "get assistance for items in the top shelf". I waited about 10-15 minutes after getting a employee to page someone for me. Then I had to go alllllll the way across the store to even find another employee to ask for help AGAIN. then I waited for another 10 minutes before I said F it and left. That whole experience was complete bullsh*t and I'm NEVER going to that store again. Waste of time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Regret going here took 2 hours longer then what they said to get an oil change. The person who took my order lied straight to my face saying my car could only take synthetic oil and it was just a shitty experience cannot wait for Walmart's to go out of business! Especially this one I will never be back amazon prime for everything now!

My opinion of Walmart has been pretty sedentary, being that customer service greatly depends upon the area in which you shop and the management. Tonight, my review is based upon how I was treated at my local store. This is the store closest to home that I happen to frequent. To which I will no longer. Let me begin by saying that I am disabled. I'm in a wheelchair and had used their motor cart this evening. I had done my shopping late that evening. It was past midnight when I'd come to the front end to check out. I had found that none of the lanes were open. The only option to check out was to do so on my own. I'd asked the cashier that was standing around in the self check out lanes if there was someone to help me. She said no and said that after 12 PM everyone was on their own. Okay? So is there anyone to help me or am I being paid to ring up my own groceries? She did no and turned her back on me. I literally had to toss my groceries into the bags from my wheelchair. She watched me struggling and turned away as if she didn't want to help. I have a photo of her turning her back on me as I was asking for help. I called her over and she gave me an attitude. Then complained that I'd asked for help because the checkout lanes were closed. She even flagged down a policeman because I'd had a complaint. A calm customer complaint does not require police protection. There's no reason for anyone to be treated this way. I understand that they're paid near minimum wage, but that's still no reason to treat the customer so poorly. Thank you, Lisa for turning your back on me and accepting a pay check without earning it. I've never had this issue before. You're a gem. - Very unhappy customer
