If i could i would give 0 stars !!!! It's been at least 7 times that i come and the food is never ready when the website says it would be !! My order was supposed to be ready at 8, i intentionally arrived at 820, it is currently 840 and my order isn't ready. Go to another location. It is not worth the wait you are gonna have to take EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!

Worst location in town go to a different one. My wife and I have had multiple horrible experiences with this location. Horrible customer service, incorrect orders, incorrect portion sizes, missing items, etc....

Wings are in high demand over here. Expect a Waite and don't get snappy!It's my neighborhood wing stop so I have cracked it down to a science where you don't end up upset about the Waite. Order online for Carry out. Don't leave your home till the longest time given.Waite another 10 minutes. Then tell them the name on the order and it should be ready.

This location used to be very consistent and the wings would always be fresh. The last 3 meals there were disappointing. This last time, my fiance had feathers on his wings and they forgot a meal. We probably won't go back for a long time.

This is the absolute worst Wingstop in San Antonio.No attention to detail whatsoever.Food is always cold and they forget about your order and let it sit if it's to go. You ask for ranch or a drink and they don't give it to you.Worst teenagers working here ever.

Omg! I could not say enough great things about this place ! First off the food is scrumdiddlyumsious!! The people there are so nice and they always have amazing customer service. And I like the tables and the aesthetic.

I will never and I mean never eat here again let me start by saying. They need to take a day and go retrain mainly over sanitation. As I'm sitting here waiting for my food an employee repeatedly kept putting the permanent marker that is used to write on the bag in his mouth from the top to the back of it and if that isn't nasty enough he picked up the receipt holder and put that in his mouth he went to the bathroom came back with his pants unzipped. Just plain disgusting. Another employee came in she walked through where they were prepping food putting her hair in a bun then picked up the marker the other employee just had in his mouth wrote on a couple bags then rubbed her hands down all of the cups the mouth part included. It's food poisoning waiting to happen, Germ city if you will. The guy said 30 mins on my order which was fine I set a timer for the 30 mins so the timer went off the old Hispanic guy in the kitchen said he said 30 mins like okay cool but that time is up I'm sitting here watching you with a bowl of wings sitting on the counter making every one else's order which again is fine since I got mine crispy but it took 45-50 mins and my wings weren't hot so I know they came out of the bowl that was just sitting there. Only one guy apologized for the mishap. Eat here at your own risk. I will never!

I wish this app gave you the option to give zero stars. We contemplated going all the way up to 46 tonight or even to the new Blanco location off of 1604 because we consistently get our orders incorrect at this location but as I was having my mother pick this up on her way home from work, we decided to make it easy for her. Upon arrival, I asked her to go in and speak with someone to make sure that the wings were prepared well done. We have been told in the past by the manager of this location to ask for the wings to swim for an additional six minutes and that's exactly what she asked for. We are less than a five minute drive from the restaurant to preface. Upon arrival, the wings were soggy and wet. I had to put them in the air fryer, which completely burned and eliminated any seasoning on the wings. We ended up throwing them away and I called to let them know that I was disappointed. The manager actually denied that I had requested well done when my receipt clearly shows that my family pack and individual combo both had well done listed as a request. Not only that, like I said, my mother went in and asked that they make sure that these wings were well done. We are not a soggy skin family. I will never be back to this location and I requested a refund. We'll see if they come through.

The wings were delicious, and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the music was too loud, I couldn't here when the order was called. It felt like I was in a club.

I have been wanting to see what the hype is all about Wingstop's "ranch," so my family and I decided to come here for dinner. We walk-in and we could tell how busy they were, but we didn't mind the wait. I ordered the traditional wings mango habanero -- thinking it was as delicious as Buffalo Wild Wings, and boy was I disappointed. However, I still ate 7 wings because I was hungry. My husband ordered traditional half garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, and he enjoyed it, and my kids ordered boneless lemon pepper wings, and also enjoyed them. Now for the star of the show... the RANCH. To me, it was good, but I didn't understand the hype over it. I made a comment that it tasted like the ranch my sister in-law makes, and my daughter was like "because it is." So, would I be back for more..: possibly, but would I get the same flavored wings... HARD NO.

They never answer the phone or goes straight to voicemail, if you get lucky and they answer the put you on hold right away and never come back to the phone. Wait time for your order will always be 50mins or more. Bunch of people waiting all the time and in and out

Ordered a new flavor and wasn’t a big fan so I went to make sure it was the right flavor, the manager was nice enough to make me new wings in a different flavor free of charge. The new wings were great and even though I didn’t ask for them the manager (Heimen?) was kind enough to help us regardless. I was really pleased and honestly surprised by this and if it wasn’t for his customer service I wouldn’t be here leaving a review.

Service was not good. I walked up to the counter and the cashier just stood there and stared at me. So I awkwardly started my order and then he interrupts me and asks me for my name for the order. So after telling him my name and that I was dining in, I start my order and the whole time he is just short with me. I got a meal so it came with a drink, he gives me my fountain drink with no ice and it’s room temperature soda… definitely won’t be returning to this location. Food was okay.

I love wings, and they have decent wings the flavors are good, but sometimes they cook them, and they are dry. Lately, the delivery service has been horrible, and sometimes they forget to send all the food. This stuff cost way too much for mistakes . Maybe it's time to find a new wing place.

Mr.Silva as the manager at this location .. Needs customer service training . After Mr.Silva made fun of my disability. I felt terrible ? . Wing Stop stands for always striving to improve our guests' dining experience. I hate that this franchise has a manager at this location with a negative out look with people disabilities. I am definitely writing the corporation on my concerns.
