Customer service alone is garbage. Lady’s in the front just had sour unhappy faces. The rice was still hard .. I ordered lo mein didn’t get any. Overall not the greatest experience will not be going back.

Think me and the gf got borderline food poisoning, everything was decent. But from.what I noticed with all the Wok-ins they are pretty subpar and just everything feels off. Kinda nickel and dime you as well.

worst place to go they definitely don’t listen to your order or ask clarifying questions to your order i wanted one good asian food experience and they didn’t deliver it was a waste of money and time cause even after i called back to express my issue i received no empathy over there mess up never again will i eat here and the customer service the worst

They used to be good, but the prices have gone up and portions turned mediocre. 5 chunks of chicken for orange chicken plate? Not worth the price. $8 for crab Rangoon? No thanks. Soups are always cold no matter if it's take out or delivery. Just disappointing.

Had lemon chicken, fried rice and egg roll. Sorry forgot to take pictures. My girlfriend was using my phone. The chicken was delicious but the lemon sauce is kept in a small cup not hot it was cold so it makes the chicken cold and they had no way to heat up; So not good!! The fried rice was amazing and the egg roll too! I'll be back.

There Mongolian beef is off the chain the best here in San Antonio really tasty delicious and spicy ? I love this entree I asked for extra gravy they gave it to me there egg rolls are spot on I recommend this place for a good dinner or lunch for sure ?

Food was old. My mother ordered fried rice and it was hard and cold. Nothing was good. Soup from soup bar freezing cold. Don’t come here. Cashier with long black hair and glasses was super rude. Gave my sister and I ugly looks. STAY AWAY!!!

During busy Thanksgiving weekend delivery took awhile, but it was worth the wait. Food was excellent, fresh and delicious. Will order from Wok Inn again. They even remembered to include fortune cookies.

Horrible service it’s 9’oclock and they closed at 10pm. We grabbed the door to come in and they just looked at us. Didn’t open the door to say anything and failed to leave a notice on door.

We ordered Door Dash, and this is what we received. My 12 year old niece was furious. This is her favorite meal, and what we received was not cooked right. It was very disturbing and disgusting to look at as well. I tried calling, but there was no answer either. I normally do not post, but this was just horrible.
