Great food. The owner was behind the counter working alongside employees or circulating among the tables checking to see that things were okay with the diners. We did stand in line for 3 hours, but it was good enough that we'd do it again.

There was hardly any meat on the beef ribs. However, the meat that was on it was good. I can’t say that it was worth the two hour wait standing in line to get in though.

Edited after our 30th times: Burnt Bean is the GOD of TX BBQ! I am a Burnt Bean cult member! We have been coming here for over than 30 times in 6 years. This is the best BBQ ever. We have been to many big name BBQs, we loved them - but when we tried this place, we surrendered to Burnt Bean!
Brisket, Pork Ribs, turkey, sausage, sides, special dishes, desserts. Dang you are hooking us! Most people think turkey is too dry and can never be a good bbq, you will change your mind when you try here. It was the best turkey in my life! When you put itin your mouth, you want to sleep with it in your mouth, get up, and feel that turkey is still there.
To negative people: Please don't sabotage them 1 star because of the long line or the food runs out because you arrive close to closing time. The BBQ work is a very tough work. Please appreciate their efforts and if you can't appreciate that, just don't review.
The BBQ is good & just fine BUT the experience is not worth the effort to pass all these other BBQ places to go there & wait. I'm glad they have their niche market because that business model is hard to sustain. Hard to understand how place run out of food and items. When their sales kiosk analytics should tell you what you sale on each give day so that you can match demand.
Ive been smoking brisket myself for 15 years..this was the best brisket I've ever tasted. Thank you for the Pleasant experience! Top shelf!

Worth the 2 1/2 hour drive hands down Best BBQ from the time we got in line people where friendly staff was Amazing Cheif was Simply put OUTSTANDING.. this Man cooks the food cuts the meats and still walks the line to check on guest talking to everyone even taking time to get in a photo...Highly recommended you have to Go and experience Texas Best...

Google should create a sixth star to be able to accurately rate this place. BBQ was spectacular. Chinese sticky pork ribs were incredible, the pastrami beef cheek as well. Pork steak was extremely tender, juicy and flavorful. Truly a before and after transformation in BBQ. Team was also fantastic.

Yes you will have to wait in line but it is well worth the wait! As far as the 1 star reviews, all I read was WAH WAH WAH!! Probably people that complain about EVERYTHING! When you own your own business, you can run it the way you see fit. As a female smoker, I was not disappointed at all. The only thing missing was a cold beer. Thanks Burnt Bean! See you soon!!
