This location usually has great service. I stood at the register for a few moments with my children because I was paying with cash. No one came to the register. After several minutes one girl asks if I need help. I say yes. I ask her what a few of the cookies are and she was so rude. My children were so excited and she just was awful.

I'm usually satisfied with Crumbl, but today not so much. What is the point of being able to pre-order for later in the day if they are just going to give your order to someone else? Any other place that I pre order online at would notify me before the order time that something was out of stock/not available. I do know that when a cookie variety is out, you aren't able to order. Why would I be able to place an order for a certain cookie, then when I pick up later as scheduled I'm told that that one was sold out?? I drove in from outside town to pick up this special order too. Wasted fuel and time for nothing. Don't bother pre-ordering because there's no point. They won't have your order ready or even made. Heck they may not even have any of your order!
I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel this is necessary given my repeated disappointing experiences. Over the past seven months, we have loved Crumbl cookies and visited often, sometimes weekly, because when their cookies are good, they truly are amazing. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case lately with the Selma location. We understand that things happen but this is a frequent issue.
In four orders, we've received cookies that had either had a hair in them, received melted, overcooked crumbly(dry) cheesecake, or burnt on the bottom. I even reached out to the manager via email, who once offered a refund, but I decided to give them another chance without taking it. Sadly, on our latest order, the cookies were burnt. I tried to contact the manager again, but my emails were ignored.
What makes it worse is this recurring issue with no lasting solution. The burnt cookies are frustrating, and the hair in the cookies is just gross. Thankfully, when I called today to report two burnt cookies, the person who helped me (Katelyn) was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated.
However, despite my loyalty and love for Crumbl, we will not be returning to this location as this marks the fourth time there has been a significant error in our orders. It’s disappointing to spend money on something that ends up nasty with no improvement in sight.
