The wait here is forever!! I came in for my first time, waited 10 min for the order ahead of me to get completed (1 person waiting) and I’ve now been sitting here 15 min for a smoothie and an avocado toast. There is one poor girl behind the counter AT RUSH LUNCH HOUR!!

Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job at scheduling personnel. One person is NOT enough.

Zoe went above and beyond to provide an amazing service. It was a night and day difference compared to other locations in DFW area. She deserves a raise or a promotion and the management here would be foolish to lose her as an employee.

Do NOT use the app to order in the morning. This Southlake Smoothie King has failed to open on time twice in the last 3 weeks. The app takes your money, but the store is dark, doors are locked, and no one answers the phone.

It’s ridiculous that a business can’t open at its posted 7:00 AM time. Customers shouldn’t have to chase refunds because employees can’t show up for work.

The only bright spot is one hard-working employee who picks up the slack when others don’t show — he should be running the place. It is hard to find good help these days.

At least once a month I order a smoothie on my way to work and show up and this place is closed. Today there was another customer this happened to. Get it together, this is unacceptable- what a joke.

No I have to spend time, go when they are open and try to get a refund!?!?

I visited this location yesterday morning with my mom, and unfortunately, the experience was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We greeted the man at the counter twice with “good morning,” and both times he just looked at us with a blank face without responding. It immediately set a negative tone for the visit.

I ordered a drink I was trying for the first time and decided to return again today—this time at the Grapevine location. The lady there was extremely welcoming, greeted me kindly, and even asked if I preferred my drink with cold brew or espresso, something the man yesterday never bothered to ask.

It’s disappointing to receive such cold service here, especially when other locations show how much better the experience can be.

I’ve been to this location twice now and both times there have only been one person working (mid-morning both times.) The guy today seemed like he didn’t normally work at this store and was very frazzled and not very accommodating with my order. Will seek another location going forward.

I went to this location this morning and had terrible customer service by Jeremiah. He was extremely rude and unfriendly. He did not greet me and was rushing me to order. Such a shame to have rude employees like this at your store.

Ordered online, but shop was out of bananas. They called and asked if they could substitute with pineapple and said ok. Then when arrived to store smoothies weren't ready because they were out of other ingredients too. At this point I said forget it and asked to cancel order since smoothies hadn't even been made and they were out of too many ingredients. They accepted, but then went on to charge me anyway. Had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company for an order that wasn't delivered. One thing to be out of ingredients, another thing to be incompetent and deceitful!
