False advertising. They are advertising using stolen images, including my own. Do not sign up for their classes because you are being taught classes that are not designed by them. They are stealing my work and claiming as their own, an awful way to do business. and unfair to students who sign up thinking they are learning an original design from this shop, when it is in fact stolen and not being taught by the true and original creator. The pink coffin cake is not theirs it belongs to Mik & Cookies LLC. DO BETTER, OVER THE TOP CAKE SUPPLIES.

I was really excited to visit this place, I'm just a hobby baker but I came ready to stock myself up for my new cake decorating hobby. The moment I walk in I see one employee, on her laptop, didn't even look at me to say hello. Fine. Whatever. I start browsing, and within a couple minutes of me walking around like I'm completely clueless, because I am, she walks into the back of the store and leaves me. Fine, whatever again. I keep looking, grab a couple items, then go up by the register to wait and see if she'll come back. I needed assistance with sprinkles. She never came back. I sure wasn't going to walk back there and beg for service. So I put my items back and walked out. Guess I'll be going to Amazon for my hobby needs.

Horrible as always!!! They don’t greet me when I walk in, they prioritize the needs of certain color people over an order, charge and arm & 2 legs for edible images and then have this tween working there (from when I just left) that knows nothing, can’t answer anything, won’t vocalize that there’s an issue with your prints and waste your time while you wait for 30 minutes for 1 image that was already sized! AND YOU CAN BARELY HEAR ANYTHING SHE SAYS, an ant would speak louder than her. She’s just very lackluster all the way around. There’s NOTHING over the top here but their prices!
