First time coming... just needed a shellac fill and reshape! Waited over a hr. Understandable due to the holidays. Sandy did my nails- made them look a 1000% better! Beautiful salon. Rewards program will make me a return customer. Best to set an appointment with a manicurist you prefer. Love the attention to detail. Gave me just what i asked for... pricey yet worth every penny! Appointments already set. They even texted a reminder of my appointment!
I got 2 mimosas during my manicure. They were super busy as soon as the doors opened but I had called ahead so it wasn't an issue. Two nails broke within a week of getting them done, but it might have been my fault as my nail beds were tiny. They fixed them at no cost.

I never write reviews but Tran is so amazing I just had to say something! I LOVE coming here!! I live in kingwood and I drive 40 minutes just to go see Tran! She is the best nail tech I’ve ever had by far! She pays so much attention to detail and is so polite. I have been to many other places and no one ever does a better job than her!
