Dairyland Old Fashion Hamburgers

Delicious burger by any standard. -mustard +mayo +bacon is they way I order a burger at any old fashioned burger joint. This place did not disappoint. The fries weren't bad for simple crinkle cut fries

Hamburgers were amazing!!! We had $8.99 burger specials which came with tater tot’s. All food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend

This evening, I visited Dairyland on Hailey Street and decided to try their catfish basket for the first time. After placing and paying for my order, I asked the young lady at the counter — politely — whether tartar sauce was included or if I needed to request it separately. Her response was abrupt and unnecessarily rude: “We always put it in there!” That reaction struck me as uncalled for. A simple, respectful reply such as “Yes, it comes with it” would have sufficed. As a customer, I was simply trying to clarify something — hardly an unreasonable question. Good customer service isn’t just about serving food; it’s about creating a welcoming and respectful environment. In a small town like Sweetwater, where word of mouth matters and loyal customers are essential, a courteous demeanor from staff goes a long way. This experience wasn’t about tartar sauce — it was about the tone and lack of professionalism in the interaction. I hope Dairyland takes this as constructive feedback and reminds its employees that kindness and respect are just as important as efficiency.

With all the hype, I was expecting fresh hamburger meat. It was a frozen patty with no flavor. The onion rings were ok.

We stopped here on our way through town when they happened to be open on a Sunday. Staff was really friendly and the food was delicious.

I have NEVER GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM DAIRYLAND THAT WAS NOT DELICIOUS 🤤!!!! If you have a problem with your order, simply tell the friendly staff and they’ll take CARE OF YOU!! Old fashioned customer service and amazing food… what more can you ask for?

I usually don't like eating hamburgers at all but Dairyland has the best burgers ever!!! The service & atmosphere is also great as well!
