My office is a few blocks from the location. I used the online ordering platform. The website has an online tracker that said my order will be ready for pick up in 20 min. and is being prepared by Brandon. When I sent someone to pick up the order in 20 minutes the pizza had not even started. When asked when would it be ready he said "I don't know, What did you have on the pizza?", I gave you my name, Look on the computer and tell me what was on it, is what I was thinking. Finally he gives me excuses of being the only one there and he can start it now and it will take 20 minutes. I wanted a refund so I asked for a manager and his answer was... You guessed it. "I am the manager" I can cancel your order. I guess I'll go get a burger. I hope I don't have this much hassle getting my card refunded.

If you have an issue they will not help you. My order was cancelled AFTER I received it and my points were not applied. It was almost an act of Congress to get someone on the phone and a month later and I still don’t have my points. They don’t care … so pizza hut from now on for me.

Ordered for delivery at 900 it's now 1051 still have not received it.called at 945 he said it was on the way.that was a lie.called back at 1030 ask if he would just remake it and I'll come get it . straight told me no that I had to wait on the delivery...DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS..

Online said they closed at 1 am made an order at 10:30 pm. They took the money over the phone. When we got there, they were closing up and canceled our order. We got our money back, but why take our order if you were closing?

Excellent Service. Fast, And Very HotTried The New Stuffed Cheesy Bread, Stuffed With Pepperoni. It Was Delicious And One Fed 2 For 6.99Very Tasty And good. Delivery Alexa Was Very Fast. Tracker Said 30 Minutes, Within 15 Minutes Alexa Was Here, Knocking On The Door.Very Polite And Friendly.

Don't go hear cause when your car breaks down and you can't move it they just hook it up with a chain and rip it out of there parking lot and make your tires rip into your fender
