Seated promptly, server was very friendly and attentive. Food was as good except for the meat on the philly cheese steak was overcooked and dry; the breakfast meal that my companion ordered was good. Excellent service, especially for an IHOP! We were immediately greeted, seated, and severed. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Of all the IHOPS I have visited throughout the country this is the most well managed and staffed. Kudos to the manager of this location!

I came here specifically to get eggs Benedict. I'm having trouble finding good eggs Benedict in my area. The eggs were a little runny. I prefer them very runny. The English muffins were very hard to cut through with the butter knife. The ham was very thinly sliced but tasted okay.The search continues.

Mondy morning breakfast get together. I had the Southwest Chicken Bowl: it was delicious. It consists of chicken, hash browns, avocado, salsa, green peppers, onion, tomatos, queso, jack & cheddar cheeses, bacon& eggs. Your choice of: 1 hash brown, 2 pancakes, mixed fruit, buttered toast or fries. I had the fruit it was nice, fresh & delicious: strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew & grapes. I would definitely order it again. The Strawberry lemonade was delicious as well.

The waiter brought my lemon slices TO ME WITHOUT PUTTING them in a bowl ?. His finger nail was BLACK BLACK NASTY. I'M ASKING EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL EATING AT THAT PLACE NASTY.

Wow! It's been two decades since I ate at an IHOP and thought I would give them another chance. Biggest disappointment is I paid $3 for a half a bowl of grits then found out that they are instant grits. Also, why ask how I want my eggs cooked if you are going to over cook them? It'll be at least another 20 years before I try an IHOP again.
