I pulled up to the speaker NOONE SAID NOTHING for a good 5 minutes. There was noone else there but me. I know they can see when people are at the drive thru. So I pulled up to the window, the lady opened the window like she had an attitude and this is the manager. I told her I was waiting at the speaker and noone said anything , her only response was a dry "Ok" and an attitude. Idk who yall got running these places and some of these employees with these attitudes but it's unprofessional. They pick and choose who they wanna be nice to.

the food was half frozen. when we went to the drive through we sat there for about 10 minutes and they never answered us. then when we said the hell with this and went to the window they said we had to go all the way back around. so we went inside and from there out the customer service was TERRIBLE.

Placed two separate orders. One order included a mocha frappe that was served as just a cup of hot milk. The other order was supposed to be a double quarter pounder and received a regular cheese burger. Waited a very long time so naturally fries were limp and cold. Wasn’t provided a receipt but paid with card so will be disputing some of the charges. Normally I wouldn’t care however an attempt to correct the drink in person was made without resolution.

I order the same thing every Tuesday and Thursday but today was ridiculous. It took 40 minutes to finally get my food. We ordered and they gave us half our food and then told us to pull forward. So having half our food my children had to wait to get their food. Then when they did bring my food it was the wrong order. I took it inside and was politely explaining that I had got the wrong bag. Then the worker caught an attitude with me. Management was yelling at them and cussing. Then they finally brought my food at the 40 minute mark and my food was ice cold. They added an extra medium fry as an “apology” and even that was cold. My jalepenos were nothing but ends. Food was way over salted. There was dried blood on the food packaging. It all ended up going in the trash. DISGUSTING PLACE.
