We love Taco Bell but this location gets a double thumbs down. We thought we’d try it again since we have had some bad experiences with this location in the past. But today we had lunch there and we ordered two meals and sad to say our food was cold and our food seem to be stale and old. We did not even finish our entire meal. I will have to say this is the last time we’re going to try the location in Texarkana on State Line bad service, bad food. I hate that because it’s so convenient.

Ordered soft potato tacos and potato cheese bowl (when I saw in bag there was no bowl) and we are vegan they mixed beef and gave us wrong order and i ordered soft potato taco for my kids and they didn’t even though to tell us they dint have soft tacos and they just wrapped in crunchy tacos and gave

I’m a truck driver delivering to tractor supply. Came in around 1130 and the lady said Lobby’s closed. I asked for an exception and the whole staff agreed. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity. I’m going on hometime in a week so my trucks bare I haven’t been grocery shopping in a little bit. Really made my night how nice and friendly they all were

The state line location is the worst in town several times we have tried it and they have carelessly mixed our food up with others in line. My wife was mistreated when going inside to correct their error and the cooks were willing to make it right but the cashiers wanted to not admit mistakes and wrongdoing to the point that cook had enough stepped in apologized on the ladies part.

Hands down worst service. All of the employees were standing outside. We sat at the speaker in plain sight of the employees. They didn't even move to go inside until I asked if they were open. Then they went inside to take my order. Then just massive attitudes!!
I order a bean burrito just one and I have to wait and go park with a total of six vehicles waiting for their orders. I should’ve just gotten a burger every damn time I show up here to get something wrong. I have bad attitudes and I always have to wait.

11:55 pm only car in drive through lady told me wait a moment sat at the menu for 20min … the whole crew was in parking lot chatting at they cars wasn’t worried bout taking nobody order thankful the guy behind me back up to see what they was doing and made them go back to work will not be coming back to sit over 20min to grab something here wasn’t worth it maybe they was to high or something to make it need new management asap
