Our server was great and attentive but the bad review is for the food. The steak I ordered was not cooked at my request, bland and tough. The bathroom was dirty as well. I won't be back at this location. ?

Waited for 35 minutes for a table. While seeing other parties the same size or if not larger than mine get seated. When I brought the issue up to the hostess she replied by saying that the wait time is 15-20 more minutes and that I was only waiting for 33 minutes. Good way to waste my evening.

We were seated at 8:39 and received our food at 9:50. Our steaks were poor quality, gristly and not cooked as ordered. Texas Roadhouse has been the main place we go out for years but the last couple times we've been have been horrible experiences and we will probably not be back for a long while.

Dena who was our server did not greet us for over 10 minutes while she bad mouthed her job and other tables she’s had in the past. very disappointed and when we went to leave she acted like it wasn’t a problem that we sat for that long without even an acknowledgment.
