2024/ Totally different restaurant compared to my previous review. Service is terrible. Waiters totally distracted. My drink with strange particles inside. Food bad quality. Chicken was like chewing gum, order totally confused, very expensive. Definitely not the excellent “Cafe di Fiori” from before. Nice wine glasses are not making a better place. I was regular and today is the last time I come. Will share the word because service is disastrous. Sad to see how a good place is deteriorated.2023 / Definitely the best Mexican upscale restaurant in The Woodlands. Great environment, wonderful staff and delicious food

After trying a few authentic Mexican places that were good not great, I was not prepared for the absolute perfection of Cafe di Fiore - first you walk into one of the coziest and warmest dining spots in the Woodlands! Within minutes the sweetest and most attentive waitress Shania had brought us a wonderfully mildly sweetened fresh lime drink, chips, warm tomatoey salsa, shredded chicken sopes with the most flavorful cilantro, green chili salsa - the chicken was so flavorful and the sopes chewy and full of corn goodness! No grease here! I had the BEST carne asada I ever had - juicy, soft, tender and soaked in lime and grilled to medium rare perfection. Served with a side of the tastiest tangy NOT SWEET sesame mole chicken enchilada. My son and I were speechless - they were so generous with habanero salsa too! We finished the meal with the BEST chewy and crispy churros exploding with sugar and cinnamon crystals, gooey warm cajeta and fresh cream. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Houston. Thank you Melanie and Shania for making my special evening with my kiddo beyond perfect! We’re spreading the word…..

Although we had just dined here on Saturday before Valentine's Day, we went back for Valentine's dinner because we were craving the food! Nice quiet restaurant with great drinks and d excellent food! We've had the fajitas, two types of enchiladas, guacamole, salsa and chips. Go try this charming, local Woodlands gem! I should also mention the service was excellent too!

Very nice & comfortable place. Excellent and friendly service. Chicharrones accompanied Chunky Guacamole to start and could not have been better. All very good tasty food.... Tacos Carbon, Tacos Pastor. The Classic Margarita is to rave about... most likely the best I have ever had. Made with tequila, cointreau, lime juice & organic agave.... no mix, made fresh for your order. Looking forward to going back for more!

The food is always delicious. I love the pan seared salmon, but my husband and I also love the tacos, enchiladas & fajitas. And the guacamole is fresh and perfect! The bartender is incredible. Makes the best cocktails that are true works of art! It's fun to sit at the bar and watch him work while I plan out my next cocktail order.
