Disappointing is the best way to describe this place. Took an hour to be seated even though the place was half empty. Then the server took 20 mind before he took drink orders. Then the drinks took another 20 minutes, the appetizers came out after SOME of the entrees came out. ..I say SOME because everyone's orders came out staggered at 10 minute intervals. My calzone was supposed to be pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, and onion. It was tons of ricotta cheese, some pepperoni and that's it. Bottom line, this place isn't traditional pizza. The service is terrible and the food maybe average.Won't go here again.

I have been coming to Grimaldi’s for more than five years and from the first dine in experience my taste buds, and my stomach fell in love. The pizza is incredible from the crust regardless of your choice of toppings. Every time the pizza is delicious the staff is always prompt and willing to serve and help make your experience a great one. It is a great location to both spend a romantic quiet dinner with the person that you love as well as a wonderful spot to share with your entire family after a long day of creating wonderful memories.

Good pizza. I'm a Chicago girl, thin crust crisp wasn't 100% but wasn't NY thin either. Still good. Ordered a Sav Blanc got a Chard. I know the difference...but ok...Pizza was good. Charcuterie was ok...nothing to scream Yes about but wasn't bad. Overall for Texas it's OK. If you're not a pizza savant then you'll be happy. If you're a NYer or Chi then you will be eh.

Ok so this was our first time at this place! And I can honestly say I will never go back it’s to expensive for 1 pepperoni pizza, a house salad ? and 3 drinks was 70 dollars not including a decent tip and may I add that I had to pay for parking in the area our pizza tastes horrible the cheese was rubbery and they only put like 5 little round pepperoni’s on the pizza and also had to pay 4 dollars extra for those. The tea was watered down the only thing that was good was the strawberry lemonade I’ll give that a thumbs ?? up ! My waitress was very nice and pleasant but it took forever to get our cheesecakes that we ordered after dinner was done! Most the staff were mostly just saying around at times I could not find my server at all I would have to ask another staff to get her. I seen the manager a few times walking back and forth she should ask people how there visit is going ! My family does not get out much to eat dinner but when we do I would love the food to taste good and filling on the way home I had to stop at McDonald’s to fill my kids up more and that is sad ? paying right at 100 dollars for a mother and 2 children!

The pizza here is so delicious, the service is guaranteed every single time. The tomato basil bruschetta, Brooklyn Bridge and margarita pizza are so good. The atmosphere is so calm and good for a small birthday dinner with friends.

I brought a friend from out of town Friday night. It was a 40 minute wait which was fine. Ordered house and Caesar salads which were good. I wanted her to like the pizza. Ordered a large margarita and Don which are family favs and both were overcooked-disappointing. Our server was nice but stressed.

Pizza was topping poor. Crust hard and black on the bottom. Sauce meh.Paid extra 5$ for chicken added to salad...only 3 pieces of meat in it. It's a very mediocre pizza place that wants to seem higher class. We won't return
Terrible service, it took two hours between assigning us a table and bringing us the food. It's a shame about the restaurant, the food is good but unfortunately their service is terrible, they have always been slow to serve but today they exaggerated. A restaurant with good food and terrible service invites you not to return. so if you go hungry, be aware that you are going to have to wait a couple of hours to eat.
