The service was good, not great but good. There's always a long wait for a table so make sure you plan ahead. The pizza itself is dry due to them going very light on cheese, sauce and toppings. The sauce was very bland, not much spices. The crust is thin and crispy, depending on your preference it's good or bad, to me it's too hard, like biting into a cracker. Limited menu in terms of anything else other than pizza. I do not recommend.

Really great pizza and antipasto in an unbeatable setting. Probably my favorite pizza dough in the area. The servers I've had are always super kind and attentive too.

I took my mom and dad to have dinner here before they left Houston. I joined a waitlist on yelp 45 minutes earlier for Saturday dinner but when I came to check in I still had to wait another 20-25 mins before being seated. I knew the restaurant was crowded so I tried to order as soon as they brought our drinks. However it still took 25-30 minutes to get our pizzas. Pizzas were okay, the service was okay. Because of the long wait, we did not have a pleasant experience.

Worse staff on the planet. Staff do not care about customer satisfaction. Employees laugh when they attempt to give you the wrong order and give order to someone else resulting in having to remake the order. If you are planning to feed your children, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This place is unable to handle multiple orders in a professional manner.

Best pizza ever!! It always comes out pipping hot! I recommend Grimaldis to everyone I know that go to the woodlands if they want fresh, delicious pizza!

Hands down this is the best coal oven pizza around! Rony always says hello and greets us by our name. We dine in occasionally and also take out for everyone at the shop.

We loved Grimaldi. Good pizza has been tough to find in Houston. Then we found Grimaldi. Their authentic brick-oven thin crust pizza is excellent. Highly recommend.

5e pizza is so damn good we put up with the mediocre service. Always shot staffed and no matter the time of day the wait is 20-45min with open tables throughout the restaurant. Takeout is equally inefficient and aggravating. Best advice - use the online waitlist feature to skip some of the upfront aggravation.

Awesome pizza! Real and good! Highly recommend! Best place in town! I specially like the 4 cheese and marguerita.

Our first time at Grimaldi's and it was not a good first impression. Besides the smell of what can only be described as rotting feta cheese, the staff is very unwelcoming. We Stay at The Westin frequently and Grimaldi's is about a block away. This trip we decided to check them out. We walked in around 5pm on a Wednesday. They were maybe 1/3 full. We stood at the front for a while without being acknowledged by staff, even though several employees made eye contact. Finally an irritated manager? asked us if we were dining in and pointed to a table. We weren't sure if he was pointing towards the back or the middle. We sat ourselves at the middle table he came back, threw down some menus. We sat there for awhile and were completely ignored by all staff. We got up and walked out. I rarely walk out of a restaurant, but we just weren't feeling a welcome vibe. We had a fantastic meal and attentive service at Cyclone Anya's next door.

Great pizza. Great atmosphere. The wait was way too long but the sudden rain closed all of the outside seating so they had no choice
