This is one of our favorite date night places. The food is always fabulous, service is usually great, but not always, but then they can get pretty busy and I didn't know how their system works. The margaritas are a little pricey, even happy hour, especially for their size. They're not bad, but there's other great places for that value. We love the tamale corn cakes, avocado shrimp relleno, the large Guadalajara enchilada sampler platter (?)Roasted Chile creamy soup (exact name?)along with other fabulous dishes.Vegetarian options: They have a small section on menu and options for vegetarian.Parking: There's parking, though later on Friday you might have to sweat it a minute, but we've never had to leave the lot.

The Service was amazing!. The margaritas were on point!. The chips and salsa were so great. But I ordered the chicken enchiladas and it was so bland. The beans had no flavor. The rice was so unfavorable. I literally thought I was eating chicken out of a can. I expected a whole lot more from a more upscale place or as it it try’s to represent . I go to other local Mexican Restaurants and they never disappoint but this was very disappointing. If I come here, it will only be for the drinks, chips and salsa.

Food was/is very terrible...Service no acknowledgement..I would not recommend this no one. If I could give a no star rating, I will do so. This place is nice inside, but above it all, it's wasn't the best place to go.

Great place to stop by and meet up with friends during Happy Hour. The food is great, and the chips and salsa are good too. I prefer the green salsa. The happy hour food menu has beef empanadas, nachos, quail, and quesadillas. The food is just enough to snack on while enjoying an adult beverage and great conversation. There is plenty of parking and the service is great.

We attended a gathering to celebrate the birthdays of my nephew and niece. There were 22 of us in total. I was quite disappointed with how the birthdays were celebrated. The waiter simply brought a plate of sopapillas without even singing happy birthday. He placed the plate in front of them and walked away. This is the last time I will bring my business at this restaurant.

It’s been 18 years since I ate at the Memorial City Mall/Bunker Hill location and I honestly forgot out unique and tasty their food is… my wife and so were looking for something different and I had seen the location several times but we have been stuck in a rut of sorts, a repetitive cycle of playing it safe and we really used date night to break out of the routine and it wasn’t a mistake at all!!!!!!! restaurant's the past several months. Can’t remember our servers name but she did her job well and kept us supplied perfectly. The atmosphere is as unique as the food, (I had the Fried Chicken enchiladas and my wife had the Mariachi Plate) and the entire night was better than expected so that isn’t very common for us these days. I will not hesitate to return in the near future as we intend on making Guadalajara Hacienda our newest go to for TexMex!!!!

We had a party of 25 students/parents while on a trip to the Houston Livestock show. With only about an hour notice, they arranged for us to have a private room that seated all of us comfortably. The food was great. The service was good. They even allowed us to do separate checks. The overall restaurant was very nice but casual enough for us to not feel out of place after a long day showing animals. Recommend for sure.

Husband and I had fajitas, which were great as always. The meat tastes fantastic. I had asked for Guacamole and queso, which server only heard the part of Guacamole but fixed and got our queso immediately. Server noticed when we were running out of drinks and tortillas and brought us some without us asking. Ended up bringing lots of to go boxes home and a tres leches chocolate cake which neither one of us was not a fan of.

Ordered “off the menu”, sort of. Roasted poblano which would normally be stuffed with chicken or shrimp & cheese . . . please stuff it with veggies, no cheese. The waiter had apprehensions, yet they fulfilled the order. The end result was so good, I wanted to kiss the hands who prepared my meal. Over the top. We also ordered Tacos from the vegetarian menu. Spectacular ! Why do I like this place ? It’s like a cathedral inside & they have the best flatware I’ve ever used in a restaurant ! That means they think highly of their food & their clients !Vegetarian options: They allowed me to order “off the menu” and voila! exactly what I asked for & more appeared ! They exceeded expectations!
