Their hotdogs don’t taste like Coney Island hotdogs. The cheese isn’t the velvety smooth cheese, instead it was cheese partially melted on it. I was sooo disappointed. I’ll never eat at this Coney Island again! I expect Coney Island hotdogs to taste like Coney Island hotdogs.

Wow. I'm impressed with the inside of James Coney island. I love the Giant LED displays so you can see the menu easy. Alex was really cool. I observe the staff as I was waiting for my hot dogs and they are so thorough and communicate and work together so well. Love the decor and the Christmas music playing as well. My son and I sometimes come over here to the Game Preserve and next time we're going to go to jci. Can't believe I've never been before. Thank you again! Jci is doing it right

Unfortunately I was left very disappointed in our order. Two of the things ordered were not in the bag when I got home, and the hotdogs were inedible (very cold). The kids meal was perfect for my child but the food for the adults was very disappointing.

Prrson that took our order just a few minutes ago was rude and definitely unfriendly! After we ordered, at the pickup window, this same person NEVER said one word to us!!She must be very unhappy. WeWon’t be back!Also, we asked for an order of onion rings and all she said was “no onion rings”…sad sad sad!! She should be fired or at least be made to work behind the scenes because she has no communication skills.

Rarely eat here but decided to give it a try again, I purchased the Hungry Man's deal, by far the worst hot dog I have ever had, would expect this at a gas station where they have been sitting out for days, the taste was awful the texture of the hot dog was rubbery would recommend going to your local grocery store and purchasing a package of there cheaper brand, surely they would be better and far less expensive, they charged me $14 for the meal took to bites and threw the deal away.......
