The Italian sub on special bread was really a culinary surprise.
Very fresh bread and provolone cheese, sandwich piled high. Delicious!
This place is better than Subway by far.

The server (didn't get her name) was an absolute doll.
We chatted amiably while she prepared my sandwich, but she was carefully listening to my specific preferences.
We had an interesting discussion about the pros and cons of tomatoes.
The sub was perfect; it was the very best.
The brownie was scrumptious.
I will definitely make this sub shop a monthly habit when I visit the nearby Ross outlet.

Jersey Mike's makes my favorite sandwiches and this location is no exception to the fabulous rule. The food was exactly as miraculous as all the others I have visited. The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was meticulously clean. The ingredients were all fresh and displayed beautifully.

We always get our sandwiches here. Was here today, we love their sandwiches and they have a good team. Today they were doing an order for 80 giant sandwiches and it was busy for them, but they worked other customers through it and we had no wait. Some extra vinegar added half way through your sandwich no problem. I just like how this team all worked together and got this done, showed teamwork and a great team spirit. That makes me happy to see.

I ordered an Italian on the rosemary parmesan bread. I got rosemary parmesan on the bottom and white bread on top. Ordered it Mike’s way no oil. Got no oil or vinegar. And also never got asked if I wanted anything else on my sandwich. Overall not a great experience.

Sandwiches are great. This location gets SLAMMED like everyday for lunch. So it takes a bit long to get food. I try to order online about 10-15 minutes ahead and still have to wait sometimes their so busy.

8/22/25 6:30. Two employees were handling all of the customers politely and efficiently. They were diligent and made efficient decisions to speed up grill orders and group things together. I’ve seen locations with 6 people doing the same volume of work. They were both presentable and looking professional. Even for a sandwich shop on a Friday night they cared. Store was also clean and sanitary. To the owner - look at your schedule and give those two praise.

Reviewing as I stand in line to order. It’s 8-8-25, 12:24pm, lunch rush. The staff is on point. Friendly, fast, personable with every customer I’ve seen go by so far. I’m very impressed with this type of customer service in a place run by (what seems like) teenagers. Well done!

I had an okay experience at this jersey mikes. There are some items not on the menu and it causes a little bit of confusion. I went in asking for a California because that’s all I could remember from the last time I ate at a JM which was like over a year ago. When I asked for the sandwich the guy understood and told someone else. They asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes. But then I looked over and noticed turkey on the sandwich but assumed it was for someone else. Once she was close to finishing I said something just in case it was mine that she was making. When I said isn’t this sandwich supposed to be hot, she looked at me like so annoyed and the whole place went pretty quiet. I’m sorry I didnt know which sandwich she was making. I wanted the California chicken (which I’ve learned) and she was making the California Club. I apologized and explained that I didn’t know there were two California sandwiches and she said it was okay but I just felt like all the employees were so annoyed at me. And I would be too, but it still didn’t feel good to be there during that time and I was very uncomfortable. The food is good, store is clean, I don’t have much to complain about. But if I ever come back I will just order online instead to avoid any confusion or uncomfortable situations.
