We ordered two fugi apple salads with chicken. We waited a long time at drive thru for our order. When we got our order home there was no chicken our our salads. This is the second time we went to the location on 242 in the Woodlands. Service is super slow, orders incorrect and inside is not clean. We won’t be back!

We ordered from this location using ubereats, instead of the College Park location. That place has gone sooo downhill. The turkey chili we got last night was delicious, nice and hot, and the bread that came with it was soft. Perfect when you're looking for a bit of comfort food.Hope this location stays nice. We really love ordering some of the items from here, and my husband loves the lemon cookies.

So bad we left our uneaten meals after 2 bites. Soggy salad, mac cold, chicken cold. Tables dirty - well everything was - tables, drink stand, floor - just a mess. even cookie not fully baked.

This franchise is overrated. I ordered one bowl they gave me something else and the food was “edible” at most, the taste pretty much rubbery.

Location is old and needs updating, but it also is dirty (stained upholstery, floors need sweeping & mopping, and counters need cleaning). And lettuce on my sandwich was old. At the time of my last visit, water & ice machine was broken so had warm "iced" tea. Also, they use part of the dining area to store supplies.

Sub par food. Broccoli cheddar and tomato soups were good but the chicken and bacon flatbread tasted like something I could have bought at the freezer section in the grocery store for a lot less. Not good. In my opinion the place needs to improve on the cleanliness of the tables and drink station. Drink station was out of ice and the bins that hold the sweetners and salt and pepper were pretty dirty. I don't think they get cleaned on a regular basis. I must admit it's been about 10 years since I've been to a Panera (on Hwy 6 in Houston) which had high marks in my book but the Woodlands store looks run down and was not a great lunch experience.
While I like Panera Bread, this location is old and dated. The tables, chairs, carpet, counters etc is old old old. The place desperately needs to be renovated. I ordered half a sandwich, which was app $10 it was less than 2 bits and gone. I know we have information, but come on.Parking: Good luck getting a parking spot close to the restaurant. The lot is super full because of The Woodlands Mall entrance.
I really miss the Panera of the past. It's just not the same.. service was ok, my bagel sandwich was mediocre, and I don't understand how a bagel sandwich and coffee is $12. At first pour, I got nothing but coffee grounds, and the girl had no clue why I was handing my cup back even though I said why. She looked at me like I was weird.. I'll keep this in mind just for a quick bagel fix when I'm in the mall. Otherwise, I'll pass.
