This was my first time trying potbelly and it was surprisingly good. I had the tuna and the bread was so soft and fresh. The soup was also good.

as my boyfriend and i were waiting to get our milkshakes that were only handed to us after we had both finished our food, one of the workers took in a trash can from outside (the ones you typically have at your house) and sat it right next to people eating. the real kicker is when it was practically overflowing and they took the trash through the kitchen, and then back out again. so disgusting.

Sandwiches are good, service is not the best. The staff is always arguing, they always miss something. Loaded baked potato soup isn't loaded they'll charge you for the loaded it also tasted old.

I usually place an online order the from this location but today I decided to order in person. My order was small today, it was only a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup to go and the cashier didn't even greet me, gave me all this watery soup for $6.70. (Also he forgot to give me a bag to go).Not ordering soup anymore from this location!

i love potbelly! boyfriend and i decided to try this location since it’s in a nice & busy area. the place was also busy so we thought it’d be a great idea. wrong. 3 people working, which wasn’t a problem! we ordered our food and there was no one working that middle area where you order extra toppings so i went to the register area where there were 2 employees talking, and i nicely inquired about toppings. rude black lady (later told me her name was fatima, i believe is how you spell it) practically barked at me that i could go back & the other employee (white lady with glasses) would take care of it. so i said, “okay!” ? and went back to get my toppings.i’d like to point out that i have utmost respect for people who work retail/sales, fast food, and customer service, so never was i rude to this lady first.boyfriend pays and there’s an issue with the transaction. it doesn’t go through because according to fatima, he “took his card out too soon.” so he tried again. it goes through, then when handing us our food, fatima practically throws my sandwich at me… ? we find a table and he’s checking his bank statements and noticed he was charged $70 for 2 medium sized sandwich combos & 2 cookies. in our entire lives paying for things with cards, we’ve never paid double for something that apparently “didn’t go through because we removed our card too soon.”so we go back to the counter to ask about it, where my boyfriend also points out fatima’s horrible attitude. she replies (in the most ghetto way you can read), “i don’t HAVE no attitude baby!” and i said, “you don’t have an attitude? you practically threw my sandwich at me.” her: “i’ve been here for 4 years!” wow, congratulations. you’ve been here 4 years, yet no one seems to have done anything about your shi**y a** attitude. she even tried to tell me I had an attitude the entire time. i wish i could’ve recorded the entire thing, because i did not. kept her condescending tone and everything throughout the conversation. but when we walked away, she tried to put on a show & act friendly towards other customers but i could see right through it.again, i was never rude OR disrespectful to this woman because i know how it is. but i’m not going to let someone disrespect me either! honestly, you’d think we were eating at mcdonald’s off 1960 & 45, not market street in the woodlands ?the place was very nice, but she either needs to be trained again, relocated, or fired. you just don’t argue with customers that way. end of story.we ended up returning our food because we were completely turned off by the whole thing. safe to say i won’t be visiting that location anytime soon!

I haven't eaten here in quite some time. Great bacon sandwich. Bacon was flavorful and the avocado was soft and buttery. Chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was fantastic. It was a little chilly inside, hence the 4 star on atmosphere. Other than that, mighy good!

Sandwich was good but it waited 25 minutes after the time I was supposed to pick up. Me and many others who ordered online stood there waiting while others came in off the street, ordered, got there food and left. If you think it will save time ordering ahead online here, it won't.

Horrible restraunt. Very disrespectful staff. I waited 30 minutes to get a milk shake and they had an attitude when I asked them for it! They were also disrespectful to my 7 year old son when he asked for it. Trashy place with trashy staff

Awful experience! Ordered 2 milkshakes which took over 30 minutes and the staff was making excuses and somehow blaming me when it was their fault. Terrible and unacceptable service

Meatball sub is great and flavorful. WS actually super hot even after I got it to go and ate a while later. Tanisha at the register was super friendly and full of positivity. It’s nice to experience great customer service these days!
