Bought a sack for Easter, about 90% dead. Stinks like hell. Worst crawfish buy in over 30 years. First and last time for this place.

The crawfish here used to be top notch but since new ownership they say the crawfish are great to get you to come down but you end up buying medium crawfish that are 40% dead and stink up the entire neighborhood

I would like to counter the previous post regarding the business dealings of this establishment. I placed an order for a sack of crawfish on Saturday afternoon the previous day while driving in from out of state. The crawfish deliveries for Saturday were delayed and I was unable to get the sack on that day. The Woodlands Seafood Co. called me Sunday morning to verify that I still intended to purchase that sack. I immediately confirmed and was asked to come quickly because there were other customers asking for the sack, which was the last sack they had in inventory. I arrived within an hour of the request and purchased the sack of crawfish that I had previously ordered. I would like to commend the people at The Woodlands Seafood Co. for standing by their previous commitments rather than earning a quick dollar. I have purchased seafood from this location many times over the past several years and these people have always been honest and very helpful for what ever I was looking for. Just my two cents...

I called ahead and asked the guy if they did half sacks of crawfish since i only needed about 15 pounds. He said that it should be no problem so i headed that way. After a 30 minute drive, i get there and he tries to hustle me into buying a full sack saying that he wont sell me half a sack and that im going to need more than i think. I need crawfish for 6 people not a party of 10-15 people. He said that he wont sell me half a sack even though he said he would over the phone. Wasted time and made me drive for nothing. Very dishonest seafood market.

We bought a $300 sak of crawfish today and 90% were dead. We called and they basically told us oh well in so many words. So disappointing

Dirty not much for seafood. This used to be our go to place. Maybe it was because of the holidays.

This establishment is the BEST! Not only do they have an outstanding, beautiful selection of quality fish and seafood, but the service is phenomenal. They’re knowledgeable, helpful and kind. What more could you ask for?!?! I return again and again and find it hard to resist buying more than I need; it all looks so good…I want it ALL! (Can’t wait to go back for that wild Alaskan salmon I saw today).Thank you to everyone in the Woodlands Seafood Market for always being so very helpful, friendly and patient; I’ll be a loyal customer for life.I wish I could give at least SIX stars!

Great local seafood. The owner and his son run the restaurant next-door and the seafood market. Picked up a bunch of crab claws and some triple tail. It was excellent. Very fresh. Also got some etoufee and gumbo from their restaurant next-door, and it was all excellent.
