My wife and I order Wingstop frequently. It's easy, convenient, and usually good. This is our closest location, and it used to be okay until about 4 or 5 months ago. Lately, it's never open when it's supposed to be, and when it is, they usually do a poor job on the food or mess the order up altogether. Now, instead of a two minute trip, we have to order and pick up from the FM 1488 location (so much for being convenient anymore). I don't understand how a business like this has hours that fluctuate so wildly. How do you stay in business like that?

Horrible service tried calling was on hold for 20 minutes drove to the store it was empty and employees standing around talking. I tried ordering a 50 piece for a small gathering the employee said that we can’t do 50 flats , called the 1488 store they had no problem with my order. Very unprofessional employees flirting in the kitchen with each other

placed an order a month ago when i was given the wrong order by the worker as mentioned by michelle in an earlier review. the situation was not rectified and was personally blamed by that worker for picking up the wrong bag even though she handed the bag to us. additionally, the hours are wrong here on google and on the wingstop app. the food is decent but customer service has definitely taken a hint the past couple months.

This location sucks. The last two times I’ve been here have been awful. First time, it took over an hour to get my food. I was waiting and watching a bunch of other people get their food, I ordered before them and wash still waiting. I eventually asked them where my food was and they brought it out. The food wasn’t even hot, so it must’ve been sitting there.Second time, slow again and the portions was obnoxiously small for the amount of money you pay.This place used to be pretty decent, but it sucks now.

Placed a pickup order on the 10th, came to pick it up and was given another customers order. I then called to let them know of the mistake and the worker (Melanie) tried to blame it on the customer, saying they grabbed the wrong order. I truly do not believe that is what happened. I then asked if they could remake my correct order and she said "no the fryers are off" so I asked for a refund and she said "the best I can do if offer you %15 off your next order. How is that fair when I did nothing wrong??They also didn't bother to write our names on the bags - probably would've prevented this entire situation if that was just done. Poor customer service
Had wingstop many times, yet this was the best ever!!! Very clean inside (cleanest my boyfriend and I ever seen from a wingstop) and cashier was super friendly!!! Not only that, but wings and fries were the juiciest, tenderest, best wingstop everr!!!

Workers were busy talking so they didn't have time to greet me. The place was not clean and to top it off I had to tell 1 worker to wash her hands after she proceeded to go over to the fryer right after changing the trash bags. Wont be returning.
