I order fairly often from Zoners and I usually enjoy their pizzas, but last Saturday night’s was well below their standards. The toppings were great, but the hand tossed crust was extremely soggy and almost inedible. I tried contacting them the next day with no response.

Pizza is amazing. My wife wanted some GOOD pizza and she sure did find it. Hard place to find of you don't know it's around, but GPS will take you directly to it.

my daughter ordered 3 pizzas saturday night for friends to celebrate her 18th birthday.unfortunately almost halfof her friends including her came down with food poisoning the next day and have been super sick now for -“‘over 12 hours. I highly recommend the manager review this locations safe food handling and storage procedures.getting sick from gourmet pizza should not happen. allpeopleaffected ate the pizza and got sick at the same time. with severe food poisoning symptom

Paid $70 for 3 pizzas that tasted ok at best. Gave me and 2 buddies food poisoning for multiple days. Better off getting a cheese pizza from dominoes.

So happy we discovered this place. We were looking for a Taco Tuesday spot, but saw a post about their taco pizza and decided to give it a try. It was amazing! Everything was fresh. Plus when we were leaving we were stopped by the owner’s dad, who offered our son some complimentary cookies for stopping by. Best cookies I’ve ever had! That nice gesture was really appreciated after having a long day. We will definitely be back soon!

We got the 18" meat lovers pizza. Overall pretty good. Crust is thick and doughy.

So this pizza place was recommended to me by a family friend, and I have been looking for a good pizza place for a very long time since moving here. I can honestly say that Zoner's pizza is delicious! Now, I will be upfront and say I have never had it delivered and have always eaten in store so I may be a bit biased. However, even what I take home and reheat in the air fryer the next day tastes just as good as when it was fresh. I do agree with some reviews and feel there is a bit of a lack of customer service experience, but as these are late teens, maybe early 20 somethings, working here I am lenient. This is probably their first job and as the consumer world changes they are still learning. No negative experiences, but certain basic things/people skills are lacking. However, it's not significant enough for me to mark down for it. They're there to work, and they produce a very nice product. The dining room could use some work sometimes, but they tend to stay on it and the restaurant does look clean. I will say it can be a a bit dim and the ventilation from the oven isn't the greatest. Today it was quite smoky, but for me it was fine. Sensitive groups may have issues Food is fresh, flavorful, and filling. The wings, while a bit pricey, are worth it and quite delicious. The ONLY thing is I see waffles advertised and have never seen one on the menu board, or even anyone order one. So that missing menu item confuses me a bit. However, if I had to guess with branding it was easier to leave it. Very good place all in all and absolutely worth checking out! The way the traffic and construction can be it might be easier to just come get it fresh yourself and enjoy in store. I will definitely be back.

I tried this place for the first time tonight because all the chain pizza places all taste the same to me. I got the NY Style crust meat pizza. The pizza was pretty good. The toppings and cheese were all good and all the way to the edge. I gave it an OK rating because it had a strange sweetness to it though that didnt go well. Like a hint of maple syrup. I couldnt tell if it was in the dough for the crust or maybe the bacon was maple flavored. Or maybe some of the waffle batter got mixed into the pizza crust dough? I just didnt taste right to me. Like putting pizza toppings on a pancake. I'll try them again, maybe it was a one-time thing

Food is good, but the restaurant needs new management. They often only have 1 driver so if you order delivery it could take 2-3 hours before you receive your pizza. Unacceptable. It begs the question why would you possibly order from Zoner's when there are so many better options in The Woodlands for pizza???

First time here. Great pizza loved every slice. Cheesecake slice was good also. Decent selection too

Pizza was eh. I only ate 1 piece. The meat toppings crumbly and crunchy ick! Wings were big as others said, but the sauce was something I can buy at the grocery store.Restaurant seemed appropriately staffed. Not sure how they get such good reviews. Its not horrible, but not good either.Oh, and super expensive.

I ordered pizza for the first time from here. It was supposed to be a pick up order. When I got ti the store no body acknowledged that I was their for minutes. Both the pizza were not worth the price.

Before I get into it, the pizza wasn't horrible...but..... paid almost $30 for a Jumbo Size make your own. Well for about $2 per topping I got (not kidding, I counted) 5 tiny mushroom slices....10 tiny bits of small sausage and pepperoni and about as much cheese to cover the tips of the slices. If this is new york style pizza, is New York on food toppings rashening? Look I understand it's a pizza.... but when you pay 30 bucks for 1 pizza and it looks like you could've done better picking up something on aisle 5 of the local grocery store, you may need to rethink your advertising of authentic themed specialty pizza. I am at a loss, I guess I just don't get the work ethic of businesses anymore... if I was the manager there I would think a quality assurance inspection on things going out the door with your name on the box was somewhat worth what someone is paying. My 1st and last time ordering from Zoners....but like I said it wasn't horrible, just for the next unsuspecting patron, please put some love in the workmanship of your pizza.

We’ve been searching for a decent Pizza place since moving to Texas and Zoner’s knocked it out of the park. They look to be a little understaffed but who isn’t nowadays? The guys in the kitchen were hustling to get orders out. The Pizza was fantastic!
