I ordered a spiderman cake for my grandson's birthday. I called to pick it up a litter later than I ordered on line and was told there was a mistake and the cake decorator did not make it due to a mistake. The party was that say so I had to get a cake that was already pre-made. I picked up the cake that day and I asked about cost as I paid on line for the spiderman cake. They did not know and that someone would call me. Today is 2/10 and of course no call. Will never use Baskin Robin in Tyler TX again. Now I have to go there about cost. They don't care.

Not sure, really not sure. 3 employees... no body ordering but took 7 minutes to get our order. The fellow wearing glasses looked felt absolutely arrogant. He didn't want to be there and made excuses for everything, including why they only had 4 flavors of ice cream out. The cone was stale.Coming from California it's sad to see the quality that I have seen always with Baskin 31 flavors get trashed and thrown through the dirt.

Ordered a cake weeks ago to be ready today and when I came in the girl working was clueless. When I got the cake it didnt have the message on it that I paid for and when I informed her she said “I don’t know what to do”.Ummm I don’t know maybe take it back and put the message on it I paid for, offer a discount, apologize, coupon, say you will ask what happened and if it can be fixed. ANYTHING! Very unhappy!

Brought 3 grandkids here 2-8 ages. Didn't have the "Creature Creations" as advertised. Said they had rainbow sprinkles, only had Halloween colors. Staff seemed unsure of Baskin Robbins items, more geared to Dunkin Donuts. Won't be back.

This place is awful. They never have any of the season ice creams. I don’t understand how they don’t know to order more because of how popular some flavors are.

This place needs some help with training for their employees. There were 4 people working when we went in. They had one person doing everything inside taking orders for the coffee side and ice cream and making everything. Not sure what the other 3 people were doing. We waited forever for our order to be taken. They only had 4 icream flavors. When we asked they said they only get orders every two weeks. Maybe the person that orders the ice cream needs to be trained on how to make sure they order sufficiently. My husband just wanted a Chocolate shake and they didn't even have chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Like you should at least have the basic flavors. We won't be back!

Food and ice cream is decent, but coffee and espresso are of mediocre quality. Some employees are excellent and attentive whereas a few others will purposely ignore you when you are waiting to be served. Was there when one worker was working her tail off for the drive thru and the other was walking at a snail pace completing tasks moving as fast as molasses in January. Could earn another star or two if inattentive employees were trained/coached and/or replaced.

if I could write this place a zero I would. This is the second time I've been there. I drive around 47 miles to go get a cappuccino class. I was there on July 14 Friday night and they have no cappuccino mix. They never have any jamoca ice cream, but I can't see them being out of cappuccino mix especially on a Friday night I'll just go to the Rockwall Location I'll never be back to this location again

Visited around 2 pm Saturday 11/26. Well 3 out of 4 of us had a great experience. Unfortunately the District Manager was in the store and wasn’t customer service oriented. My daughter ordered a Mango Banana smoothie. She watched them make it and saw them put ice cream in the cup. She thought it was weird. Anyway, she got it and said it was horrible. I told her she better drink it anyway because it was $5! She said ok you try it. So I did and it tasted like shizzzz!! Long story short, she asked the district manager if she could get her something else. Was told nope, company policy. She did offer something else for a discount. After a few minutes, she left and my daughter went back up to the register and explained to another NICE employee the situation. The NICE employee quickly made her another mango Smoothie without the “ice cream” which turn out to be some dairy based frozen yogurt. I’d say that’s what we call ice cream here in Texas. Lol.So thanks to the nice employee who wanted to make a happy customer. DM, you need to work on your customer service.

Rude staff. Staff asked us to pull forward from the window to wait for them to walk our order out, but there were no cars behind us. She said if we don't it affects their "drive time". As we explained that we'd rather wait at the window like normal, she slammed the drive-through window on us as we were talking. 11/12/22 at approximately 3:05-3:10 pm cst.

They don’t have a lot of ice cream flavors and they take forever to take your order

Dunkin is great. For us the ice cream is a neat sidebar but its hard to seperate the two. However our experience was great, very clean, great staff, nice selection of foods, & reasonable prices.
