The best pizza place I've been to in tyler meet the owner and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted and gave me a great deal food was fantastic I will be eating here more

I had pizza and a house salad delivered. I got the wrong dressing for my salad. Very few toppings on a "supreme" pizza and no plastic ware to eat with. Will never order from Marcos pizza again !

This review is for Marco’s Pizza in Tyler (which is now the closest store to us). It is also for any Marc’s Pizza we have used in Texas (several times). However, it is also about our disappointment that the Longview Texas restaurant has closed. It had become a favorite but is no longer. But any call to the number provided on-line to order a pizza results with the phone being answered by auto attendant which doesn’t tell you the store is closed permanently. Unending recorded promises that “someone will be with you shortly”. A promise never fulfilled for the Longview TX store. They removed all info from their website. This happened very quickly because it was not long ago we had picked up a pizza from the Longview Texas store. We’ve never had any complaints with any Marco’s pizza store or their pizza. They are very good. We don’t know what happened, sorry to see Longview Texas lose this store but for goodness sake, remove the phone or at least leave a message to the fact nobody will ever be with us again.

Guy at the counter didn't know if they had any specials or much else for that matter. Only had one highchair which was broken. Tables were dirty (we were the only ones in there.) Table wobled so badly could hardly eat at it. Food was ok.

I wish I got the employee's name because its the kind of friendliness I've never experienced at a pizza place before. First time trying Marco's and the amount of options is a good kind of overwhelming. They don't play when it's comes to dipping cups so that's another bonus. Pizza Hut and Domino's need to take some notes.

Great experience, we had take out. The Pizza was Excellent. The establishment was clean, staff were friendly. I ordered over the phone and the pizza was ready when they said it would be. I will recommend them to my friends. Love that Crust.!

First timer, walked in, ordered a small w) choose your own toppings. I chose pepperoni and pineapple. Restaurant smelled great, service was excellent and my pizza was amazing! Priced right, tasted home made and filled me up! Thank you!
We moved to Tyler in 2020 and found Marco's Pizza. We were able to work with Katherine (owner) to have pizza delivered even though our house was out of the delivery zone (by feet). Over the 3+ years, we have experienced a lack of quality about 50% of the time that we have ordered - sometimes not receiving our food at all, being delivered to the wrong address, the order is wrong, the CONTINUAL "your house is outside our delivery zone so we cannot deliver." Last night was the last straw. The order was simple: pepperoni pizza with half (light) jalapeno and two bottled drinks. The expected delivery was 45-50 mins. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and asked about the delivery. I was told it was delivered. I said it was not. I was told yes, it was. I told Hunter I DO NOT HAVE A PIZZA AT MY HOUSE. He confirmed that it was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to the empty house for sale next door - sitting by the front door. So, the pizza was cold, loaded with jalapenos, and had no drinks. We are done with Marco's Tyler. Bruno's is much better, anyway. Happy New Year!
