This is, without a doubt, the best Vietnamese food I have had since I left Vietnam. The pho is spectacular, and the Vietnamese crack/ cocaine coffee is FINALLY what I have been looking for since I left. Most places don’t do the coffee right. The lady that runs Pho Hot is very warm underneath a gruff exterior, which is the most Vietnamese thing ever. The only Vietnamese place to eat at, as far as I am concerned.

This place is just genuinely delicious everything I go. It looks beautiful and the food is delicious and has never disappointed me. Not to mention that the portion for the price is outstanding. $50 for just about a meal at the restaurant and then another 2 meals for later for me AND my wife is insane.

Best Pho in Tyler and absolutely the BEST Cà Phê Sữa Đà! It's my go to coffee drink so I have tried at many different places. I'm often disappointed to find it's watered down or sweetened to dilute its strength. NOT HERE. It was PERFECT!!This was my first time here but can definitely see myself becoming a regular!! So glad i don't have to drive to Dallas to get my fix for this cuisine anymore.I want to add that the woman who might've been the manager/owner was SO nice to me and my mom! I think she was a little skeptical because we requested no boba in the coffee or smoothie so she stuck around to make sure we were satisfied which of course we were because they were delicious!

Was not feeling well last week, so went for some Pho, I went vegetarian since I was iffy about my stomach, it was exactly what I needed. The broth is flavorful on its own, but once you add in all the fixings it really lights up. I a very happy that I rediscovered this gem, though not the chest cold that drove me to do so. Seriously, I would go for the broth alone, but the while dish was excellent, and the woman who took my order and bagged it up was very sweet and polite.

To go order not according to order. Went back to get correct order. Instead of being regretful of what happened owner was so rude countering she was right. After some heated discussion owner relented with facial disgust. Will definitely not go back to this 3rd rate so-called restaurant.

The only restaurant i have ever been to where they come to your table 10 minutes before they close and tell you they’re closing and you gotta leave. There is a reason for all the reviews complaining about their rudeness. Zero customer service.We left without finishing our food we paid for.Wouldn’t waste my money on a business that doesn’t care about their customers

Me and my wife used to come here 1-3 times a week, ignoring the fact that the lady that run the place was rude from time to time. Tonight was probably the last time we will visit here. I ordered Curry beef that barely has any sauce on it (oily texture). No one check or refill our water and in the end come to find out she charge us 15% “service fee” for a table of 4 People with a kid. No heads up nor sign that shows their policy. Very disappointed.
