Oh my. I don’t even know where to begin. I never caught the lady’s name, but she has rotten teeth and a sour disposition.The entire time she was waiting on me, she was taking about someone who left a bad review and how they were complaining about her.She also complained about people complaining about Christmas and having to be off or something to that effect.I am a customer who wants my coffee without hearing what you have to complain about.Thankfully, my Bachata was great but the current customer service was terrible.

This place is a good place to come to after the evening , I walked in at 10 ish in morning and the morning shift supervisor took our order...she was rude, she was in a bad mood...no greeting and she was not a good customer service supervisor ...she is suppose to set the example ...so ill just go to another starbucks in mornings .. ill come to a better enviornment in the afternoon at this starbucks when morning supervisor not around...

Took forever for them to even take my order, when they finally did I arrived at the window to see my drink sitting there. So after I pull up I see a drink that matches my order, so I wait 10 minutes later I finally get someone’s attention. I ask her how much longer and she picks up the drink that was there when I pulled up and explains they are waiting for my entire order to be ready.. I ordered 1 drink. Too that off with them totally messing up my order and that’s my experience. I will never stop at that Starbucks again, I would have much rather had her be honest and not lie to me!

I am pretty bummed with my experience today. Usually, the staff is excellent and kind. I’m pregnant and work in the area, so I frequently visit. I typically get food and water since I can’t have too much caffeine. I’ve filled my water bottle before, but today, the person taking my order didn’t want to and gave me a grande water instead. That might not seem a big deal.. but it was to me. She also gave me difficulty with my order, but I wasn’t trying to be complicated; I just watched my caffeine intake. Anyway, this was my favorite place on this side of town before. I could have gone elsewhere. And next time, I will.

My coffee ☕️ tasted like water I couldn't taste the vanilla and the coffee was watered down ??? it was super light. It was supposed to be a pike place, nope, won't do this
